The owner and the incredible technician went overboard with genuine care and concern that I wind up with a saw that fit our purpose exactly. Today they did yet another exchange for a saw that will prove to be exactly what I need. I bought a Stihl battery operated saw. They gave me a two year warranty also at no additional charge. What impressed me so much was the genuine concern they had for pleasing me. OUTSTANDING is the word for this business. It is fully stocked, sparkling clean and I must mention the technician. Her knowledge of chainsaws, their accessories and usage hints is amazing. I never knew there was so much to know about specs on a chainsaw.
