They are upfront about things, like orthodontic concerns, but I don't feel any pressure from them, and they're focused on keeping my kids mouths healthy and clean, which is what I'm paying for. The waiting room is entertaining, but they're always on-time, which is even better! We drive 45 minutes to get here, but I wouldn't change for convenience. These people have earned my trust!

I received a 1 minute check over by a dentist who never introduced himself. This was my third visit there. During my first visit I noticed ants in the office. One was crawling on my purse, and the financial assistance had one in his office when I was speaking with him. I might be back, or might not. I am thinking about getting double dental insurance to find a more suitable place for myself.

They also are kind and explain things to kids so that they understand it. We've been going for 3 years now. The kids go for their cleanings and they get tokens for doing a good job. After their appointment, they turn in the tokens in gumball-type machines for prizes. If my kids have a cavity, they start the appointment by having iPad time while the laughing gas is working. Then, they get their nails painted to distract them from a shot in the mouth or from the noise of the drill. Again, the kids get tokens for the machines when they are done. We've had all great experiences here and have recommended to many friends!

Referred us to an oral surgeon, who needed less than 5 minutes (and NO X-RAY and NO ANESTHESIA) to correct the problem before he apologized to us that the general dentist couldn't take care of the problem for us. That was irritating enough, but then they sent me a bill for sevices and when I called to complain about the charges was told the charge was appropriately for the services rendered. If this is what Dr. Dolgov charges for missed diagnoses, I hate to see what he charges when he actually gets it right!
