Today my wife had an appointment for a cleaning and called to see if I could take her place, they said no I could come in and get X-rays and schedule an appointment then. Even know I was on a waitlist for a service they sold me that I paid for already they refused to let me take her place for a simple cleaning because it was over a year since my last cleaning. If you need thousands of dollars in work done they will see you, if you need your 2 teeth cleaning a year they won't get you in. I do not recommend there scam in house insurance. You pay and they don't do what they say. Don't waste your money or time. Maybe your hygienist wouldn't walk out and quit if you treated simple cleaning that have been paid for like a priority.

When I asked for my records to be sent to another dentist to fix an issue with my teeth that Cincinnati Dental caused and refused to fix it was amazing that all of a sudden the insurance declined the payment they were waiting on and they wanted to balance in full! They are ripping people off and their service to consumers is less than adequate.
