They called the day before and canceled my appointment for a simple cleaning because there hygienist quit. Put me on a wait list for a cancellation. And scheduled another appointment for cleaning months out. Today my wife had an appointment for a cleaning and called to see if I could take her place, they said no I could come in and get X-rays and schedule an appointment then. Even know I was on a waitlist for a service they sold me that I paid for already they refused to let me take her place for a simple cleaning because it was over a year since my last cleaning. If you need thousands of dollars in work done they will see you, if you need your 2 teeth cleaning a year they won't get you in. I do not recommend there scam in house insurance. You pay and they don't do what they say. Don't waste your money or time. Maybe your hygienist wouldn't walk out and quit if you treated simple cleaning that have been paid for like a priority.

What's worse than trying not to stare at your fellow patients in the waiting room while pretending to peruse a "Conde Nast" from 2009? Nothing, that's what. Another plus is the liberal use of anesthesia in the exam/treatment rooms, as evidenced by the lack of screaming or begging for mercy that is heard. And the dental hygienists seem to really like what they do (but not TOO much, if you get what I mean). At the end of each visit, I emerge with not only my wallet, watch and dignity intact, but clean teeth and a dazzling smile!

No inspection of your teeth after cleaning. Several days prior to the visit I called the office and questioned a bill I received. I was advised they were waiting for the insurance to pay. When I asked for my records to be sent to another dentist to fix an issue with my teeth that Cincinnati Dental caused and refused to fix it was amazing that all of a sudden the insurance declined the payment they were waiting on and they wanted to balance in full! They are ripping people off and their service to consumers is less than adequate.
