okay very FIRST visit...i was extremely nervous until i got to the front desk and was greeted by a…read moreyoung lady named Kayla who immediately made me feel at ease. i then get called back by a lady named laykin who was even more personable and made me feel as if i've known them my entire life. i immediately seen my hands calm from shaking. I met w/ Dr Nick who was very polite and explained everything to me and was extremely professional. Karnita is soo kind and did an amazing job helping me. Dawn has been so extremely caring and kind and helped me during "a dift visit at the same hamilton location " and she does Amazing work no matter what it is! friday Aug 7,2020 i broke a tiny piece off the back of my molar while eating granola for breakfast. No avail. spot till Monday 8/10/20 with "dr abdullah. i go to my appointment and wait. the new assistant ends up bringing me 2 Rx's for (ibuprofen & Amoxicillan) says to return in a week!? i explained how i can't eat or drink anything since friday already and this is imperative to fix it today which is whyyy i made the appt. came here and waited yet..this dentist "Dr. Abdullah" whom i've NEVER met, never seen writes me TWO Rx's for my tooth because he says to the "new assistant for the front desk" that my tooth is "infected " so i argue the fact that my tooth is definitely NOT infected, no redness, no swelling, no puss, etc only sensitive due to where it broke off and i don't want meds, i came to have it fixed at the appt. i made and here i am....yet he won't even come into the room, assess the situation, examine my mouth.?!?! the girl proceeded to tell me that my tooth IS infected so...i asked her: show me WHERE the infection is with your finger, touch it on the x-ray. she touched the wrong tooth. She also touched the TOP of that wrong tooth, whereas...infection is always in the base/bottom of the teeth. The girl was not treating me bad in any way and remained nice but the fact that she was trying to convince me of a LIE simply because a dentist "tells her that i have an infection withOUT everrrrr seeing me or examining my mouth " is very worrisome. after such a long disagreement over whether 1) i have an infection (2) is this dentist ever coming in to assess the situation and fix this tooth or (3) am i supposed to just go back home and wait a week for yet ANOTHER appointment? i finally told the new girl "i am extremely upset because my career is....in the medical field and that is how i know for a fact there's NO infection in my tooth. And all of this going on today with him never ever meeting me, or knowing of any allergies, and not assessing/examination of the patient yet writing not one but TWO prescriptions is just very very unprofessional and very scary and could be dangerous to some. Finally, Dawn overheard my concerns and she took the time out of her extremely busy schedule and came to the rescue and she patched that area on my tooth for me so that i could at least be able to drink something until i could come back in the next day (tues august 11,2020) to see another dentist named Dr Holmes who then helped me. Dr Holmes was very understanding and very nice and professional. if it were not for Dawn coming to help me then I honestly would've NEVER came back to this place. Dawn is sooo kind, so professional, understanding and does her job really REALLY well. If you go to this hamilton ohio comfort dental, try to make your appointment with Dr. Nick Strasser, Dr. Holmes, and hopefully you also get work done from Dawn, or Karnita because i've witnessed their character, their professionalism, their dedicated work ethic as well as their scope of practice and what they're capable of doing to keep our smiles healthy and for that i'm truly grateful and these are the particular ppl for whom i'm giving the 5 stars to! (Dr. strasser, Dr. Holmes, Dawn, and Karnita)

Here it is a year later they are still collecting payments from our insurance even though she has not been seen there for over a year. I've left messages and even sent emails. None of which have been returned. While the office staff and orthodontists at both Heath and Hamilton were great when we were actively patients, it's been a nightmare since then. At this point they've collected and received payments for almost a year for a patient who is not their patient anymore and hasn't been. They refuse to fix this or return calls. Be careful.

Dr. Fattahi has a great chairside manner and is very caring, and he listens to you. The staff are all very professional and make you feel comfortable. I've been at this office probably six times to date, and I am always called in for my appointment exactly on time. Never any wait, or delay, or overbooking. That is so important. The clerical staff are extremely helpful in sorting out the insurance, determining the best plan of action and timing of appointments. And everyone is cheerful and friendly. I highly recommend Hamilton Dental.

Them, investing in a simple $400 3D scanner would possibly avoid a lot of trouble…read more We were wanting to come in for the 2nd, accurate, set of dentures. It turns out the first set was *supposed* to be accurate (which it was a million miles away from). She had a small amount of large, cute, adorable teeth. What they gave us have many, many, tiny teeth. We assumed that when we got the second pair, those would be made off of the expensive molds - because obviously these weren't. These look like they came out of a 25 cent costume teeth vending machine. They've already destroyed the molds we paid hundreds and hundreds to have made. To make things more wrong, the visits my wife made to get them to (hopefully) remedy their bad work, we were charged for. Now after we've gathered photos from friends and family - we are 100% convinced they gave her the wrong set. It has been a while since they were first made, they did a bit of victim-blaming there - my wife has been in and out of the hospital a lot since the dental procedure. We've been spending these last weeks assessing all of the harm done by having gone to Hamilton Dental Group, collecting photos, bills, etc. She lost a lot of blood after the surgery, in part because the dentures were supposed to serve as a sort of bandage after surgery. Having ones that didn't remotely fit contributed to her bleeding out and being in the hospital for transfusions a while. She is still working her way up to normal since then. Anyway - we're well-over $13,000 in. All we got out of it was a lot of fear, pain, hospital time and after all this time my wife's health is still suffering as a result of having nothing to eat with. Sick they charged her for attempted fixes, worse they have even offered a refund. They have done a hundred times that in harm so far.

After checking to see that I already took care of that, she changed her reason for refusing me and admonished me for now being 10 minutes late. It has been years since I was able to get an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I received a call from your office a week or two ago, and was so elated I had another chance to get my teeth cleaned! We rescheduled the appointment and I rearranged my clients to be there. I was late because I work in Clifton and Hamilton, so I made the mistake of driving up Colerain. I'd like to point out several issues incongruent with the stance taken against me this afternoon: 1. I have waited up to 20 minutes for my appointment in your office 2. You work with a demographic that struggles with transportation and accessibility to services, which makes it unconscionable to not have a grace period 3. There is no policy regarding a late arrivals 4. I have never arrived within a ten minute period and been refused service, especially a much-needed service that is difficult to get into 5. This is certainly not Patient-First, as you policy states I sincerely apologize for being late, but I do not believe the way that I was treated was in line with your practice or your policies. I have been coming to your practice for years with my child and recommended you to so many that receive poor service from other providers that accept Medicaid patients. As a dentist, you are a treasure and I never felt treated poorly because of my circumstances, until today.
