The dentist didn't introduce himself, no Hi, how are you? Nothing. After the fillings he said 'All done' and just walked out. I was actually pretty shocked. Now, previous to this, I had the same dentist for years. I had insurance through work. I'm currently on Medicaid which is new to me and temporary. I'm wondering if he is like this with all his patients, or just the ones on Medicaid? Needless to say I am not going back and certainly not when I go back to regular insurance. In addition, Dr. Kirkpatrick was subject to discipline from the Ohio Dental Board from March 1998 to November 2000 when his license was placed in a probationary status, this for using improper sterilization procedures. I would have filed a formal complaint against this dentist but the Ohio State Dental Board doesn't consider complaints concerning rude behavior or personality conflicts. So as long as this doctor can keep his pants on in the office he is free to do as he pleases.

She screamed one of the dentists name down the steps because she needed his sign off. She told my hygienist that she was fat, and lazy, and wasn't walking to the basement. She also said that they might be busy in the basement taking a "bathroom break", or doing something else. It was very disappointing, and disturbing to hear that. I received a 1 minute check over by a dentist who never introduced himself. This was my third visit there. During my first visit I noticed ants in the office. One was crawling on my purse, and the financial assistance had one in his office when I was speaking with him. I might be back, or might not. I am thinking about getting double dental insurance to find a more suitable place for myself.

Dr. Richter gave me a new implant and crown and i couldn't be more happy. The staff is so amazing and they make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. They definitely have a family environment and they do everything they can to make things possible. I am now 33 and have the smile i have been wanting since i was 16. I have found my forever dentist.

They are upfront about things, like orthodontic concerns, but I don't feel any pressure from them, and they're focused on keeping my kids mouths healthy and clean, which is what I'm paying for. The waiting room is entertaining, but they're always on-time, which is even better! We drive 45 minutes to get here, but I wouldn't change for convenience. These people have earned my trust!
