But initially, it was given only to the female patients. I researched this and found that 90% of new oral cancer cases are in men. The doctors didn't like that I said something about giving the form only to females. They subsequently dropped me as a patient for challenging them. They also wanted to put bite wings in my mouth for x-rays when a periodontist specifically said not to. I let them know about this too. Then I got a message to go somewhere else for dental care. Here it is a year later they are still collecting payments from our insurance even though she has not been seen there for over a year. I've left messages and even sent emails. None of which have been returned. While the office staff and orthodontists at both Heath and Hamilton were great when we were actively patients, it's been a nightmare since then. At this point they've collected and received payments for almost a year for a patient who is not their patient anymore and hasn't been. They refuse to fix this or return calls. Be careful.
