But initially, it was given only to the female patients. I researched this and found that 90% of new oral cancer cases are in men. The doctors didn't like that I said something about giving the form only to females. They subsequently dropped me as a patient for challenging them. They also wanted to put bite wings in my mouth for x-rays when a periodontist specifically said not to. I let them know about this too. Then I got a message to go somewhere else for dental care. There are other dentists in the Libertyville area to go to. I already signed up with a lovely all-female practice and am much happier,

Since the office is run on its own but it is still affiliated with the Afinia Dental Association. Their systems do not flow together as they should. This has caused us to overpay, have missing appointments, and have appointments scheduled without us knowing. Now the office itself is really good. The ladies who work in there are really nice and work with us as much as they can. Molly is a huge part of why my family is still at this dentist's office. But if we hear word that she is moving will be moving as well.

Took the medication 1 hr prior to visit as instructed WAS CALLED ABOUT 30 minutes before appointment to be told the dentist is on maternity leave ?!?!?!?! After being seated and they started the cleaning I was advised that there was NO dentist in the office that day and the office should have told me that. No mention of it. No inspection of your teeth after cleaning. Several days prior to the visit I called the office and questioned a bill I received. I was advised they were waiting for the insurance to pay. When I asked for my records to be sent to another dentist to fix an issue with my teeth that Cincinnati Dental caused and refused to fix it was amazing that all of a sudden the insurance declined the payment they were waiting on and they wanted to balance in full! They are ripping people off and their service to consumers is less than adequate.
