Where do I start.. I have been coming here for a while because I am under my parents' insurance,…read morebut the ladies who work here are not bad at all as for working with the whole company. I do not like them at all and they were very rude to me. The scheduling company that the company uses does not know all of the times that are available for the office. Since the office is run on its own but it is still affiliated with the Afinia Dental Association. Their systems do not flow together as they should. This has caused us to overpay, have missing appointments, and have appointments scheduled without us knowing. Now the office itself is really good. The ladies who work in there are really nice and work with us as much as they can. Molly is a huge part of why my family is still at this dentist's office. But if we hear word that she is moving will be moving as well.

I mean did she just go on leave that morning ???! Had someone take off work to drive me due to ORAL SEDITION only to be cancelled once again -HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL SPREAD THE WORD TO ANY AND EVERYONE WHO will listen - never schedule with this location

I have to brag. I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I had a horrible accident when i was 16…read moreyears old, and knocked my front tooth out and chipped another. I have had a fear of the dentist ever since. I start shaking, and get real nervous. I recently moved to Fairfield and decided it time for something permanent. Dr. Richter gave me a new implant and crown and i couldn't be more happy. The staff is so amazing and they make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. They definitely have a family environment and they do everything they can to make things possible. I am now 33 and have the smile i have been wanting since i was 16. I have found my forever dentist.

The care by the dental hygienist was excellent. I noticed some unprofessional behavior by another…read morehygienist while I was there. She screamed one of the dentists name down the steps because she needed his sign off. She told my hygienist that she was fat, and lazy, and wasn't walking to the basement. She also said that they might be busy in the basement taking a "bathroom break", or doing something else. It was very disappointing, and disturbing to hear that. I received a 1 minute check over by a dentist who never introduced himself. This was my third visit there. During my first visit I noticed ants in the office. One was crawling on my purse, and the financial assistance had one in his office when I was speaking with him. I might be back, or might not. I am thinking about getting double dental insurance to find a more suitable place for myself.

After being seated and they started the cleaning I was advised that there was NO dentist in the office that day and the office should have told me that. No mention of it. No inspection of your teeth after cleaning. Several days prior to the visit I called the office and questioned a bill I received. I was advised they were waiting for the insurance to pay. When I asked for my records to be sent to another dentist to fix an issue with my teeth that Cincinnati Dental caused and refused to fix it was amazing that all of a sudden the insurance declined the payment they were waiting on and they wanted to balance in full! They are ripping people off and their service to consumers is less than adequate.
