Today my wife had an appointment for a cleaning and called to see if I could take her place, they said no I could come in and get X-rays and schedule an appointment then. Even know I was on a waitlist for a service they sold me that I paid for already they refused to let me take her place for a simple cleaning because it was over a year since my last cleaning. If you need thousands of dollars in work done they will see you, if you need your 2 teeth cleaning a year they won't get you in. I do not recommend there scam in house insurance. You pay and they don't do what they say. Don't waste your money or time. Maybe your hygienist wouldn't walk out and quit if you treated simple cleaning that have been paid for like a priority.

They somehow always remember details about your last conversation; is it written in my charts? Regardless, I'm always flattered that they care that much about their patients. The office is cozy and clean, and they work with you on finances. In fact, the last time I was in they caught a clause on my insurance about delaying a filling until it was covered. Impressive. Also, Holly at the front desk is phenomenal at helping you with the insurance stuff, understanding how much you'll owe, and with working with your scheduling to get you in for appointments. Then a needed a special "cleaning" that with TWO INSURANCES I need to pay over $700 for a cleaning?? The insurance lady tried to get me to sign a form which was a "I agree to pay for treatment" claiming it meant "I need you to sign that I showed this to you" when the letters on the paper said nothing about that. Everyone was pushing for dental implants.
