By far the best. The staff and Dr. Lawley could not be any more accommodating. I had 3 root canals and didn't feel a thing!

I needed a root canal, a procedure that i had experienced many years ago. All I remember was the…read morepain and certainly wasn't looking forward to another go. My dentist recommended Dr. Mihailoff. The procedure this time around was the total opposite of my previous experience. In fact, it was both quick and totally pain free during and after the surgery. Dr. Mihailoff provided a running narrative during the operation which I found informative and reassuring. The entire procedure lasted about 30 minutes. IMO, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. If you need a root canal, this is the doctor you want to see!

Please avoid this business at all cost!! I have dealt with the most unprofessional office manager…read morehere. They will not verify your insurance or tell you the cost prior to a procedure even after providing insurance information (assuming the procedure is covered because... you just gave them your insurance information and their job is to verify it) they will make it seem like you are "good to go" & after trying to fix the issue with the office manager and instead it was her trying to argue with me that I myself should be "asking" how much it cost and verifying my own insurance prior (so what's her job there?) & all I got was "let this be a learning lesson for you" WOW was all I could think. Stay on the look out for the full details on this horrible experience as I will be working with the local paper to publish this story on how a business is not observing the Ohio Healthcare Price Transparency Law (HB 52)

UPDATE** WENT TO TIMOTHY MYERS JUST DOWN THE STREET FROM THEM AND HE CONFIRMED I HAVE NO CAVITIES!…read moreDONT GO HERE!! So happy I didn't let them drill in my teeth for nothing!! Screw this place!! UPDATE #2. ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AT SYCAMORE FAMILY DENTAL (PREVIOUSLY TIM MYERS). STILL NO CAVITIES. AVOID ADVANCED DENTISTRY I came here in March last yr for a 6 month cleaning and was told I need 2 cavity fillings and a couple new sealants as well. Fillings from the March recommendation are for teeth 31 and 18. I go back 6 months later and am told I still need my fillings, as expected. Except for this time the recommendation is for teeth 31 and 2. I noticed this when comparing documents when I got home. How does this happen? The cavity on 18 that i supposedly needed drilled into and filled in went away and the new one on 2 developed in the past 6 months? Makes zero sense to me. They told me I completely different tooth for the 2nd cavity. After I went home and looked at the last document they gave me, to confirm I was correct and they completely changed which tooth "has a cavity and needs drilled", I sent them an email asking how this could happen. Their response was the reasoning they didn't recommend the same two and changed one to a different tooth was because they "only want to numb one side at a time". Why wouldn't they consider this when I came last? And why didn't they explain it when I was there? The answer was clear that the doctor didn't even know which 2 they recommended last time and seemed to just pick another one without realizing it. Don't go to this place. And don't fall for all the reviews cause they incentivize good reviews with a discount. STAY AWAY

At first blush the folks at Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash seem very professional and caring, but…read moreit turns out that they are actually less than honest. Let me explain. In mid-June 2024, knowing I was changing insurance plans on July 1, I contacted both my insurance company and this dentist office to confirm that a routine 6-month check-up scheduled for mid-July was covered by insurance. I was assured that the check-up was covered and accordingly kept the appointment. During the appointment, without any discussion or warning, the hygienist began applying a fluoride treatment, which I assumed was part of the routine check-up. To my surprise I then received a charge for the treatment and was told it was NOT part of the routine checkup. When I protested the charge, the billing representative apologized and offered me a free fluoride treatment at my next check-up, which I declined. When I insisted she remove the charge, she said she could do nothing; if she didn't charge me for the procedure, she would be guilty of insurance fraud-- an absurdity she couldn't explain and which made absolutely no sense to me. Totally confused, I finally called my insurance company and explained the situation; the insurance company rep's succinct response to the 'fraud issue' was, and I quote, 'That's bull.' The insurance rep went on to tell me that she would look into the matter further, but it appeared that the fluoride treatment WAS covered under my insurance, and the dentist office had submitted the wrong code. But no-- more research by the insurance company showed that the dental office had given me (of course!) a more expensive fluoride treatment not covered by insurance. And of course the dental office story has changed dramatically-- they are now saying that I consented to the procedure-- a big fat lie. I have subsequently discovered that fluoride treatments are a big moneymaker for dentists, which perhaps accounts for what's going on at Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash. Needless to say, I'm now seeking a new dentist-- I don't deal with scam artists-- and I'm also filing a grievance in connection with this deception. As someone in another review said, don't be fooled by all the glowing online praise-- the good doctor apparently pays reviewers with a $10 credit if they pen a wonderful review. If you value honesty and integrity, I'd suggest you steer clear of Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash.
