I really wish I could give this place a negative star !! I had a broken wisdom tooth extracted 4/21/25 from twin dental! It resulted in Bell's palsy- not a single care from the dentist and after he told me "ummm I need to go research this" I knew I was in trouble. Almost a full year and I'm not 100% healed. After he gave me a bs prescription- no more follow ups to see how I'm doing, no further instructions on what to do. Only called to collect money. So I've racked up bills from my PCP, a new dentist and even an ENT just to prove it wasn't caused by my ears. I've racked up THOUSANDS in dentist/medical bills due to their lack of care. DO NOT EVER GO TO TWIN DENTAL!!! Im still being harassed for a $60 payment when they have already collected $400 from me and $500 from my insurance TO PULL ONE TOOTH!! They didnt even give me pain meds, not even a low dose one until i was in so much pain. And instead of calling it to the pharmacy- they told me i had 20 minutes to get it from their office aa they close early on friidays. Never in my life have i ever paid that much for an extraction. Or had a dentist who was etremely nonchalant about what HE had done!!(Even when i didnt have a job/insurance I only paid $160 and the emergency dentist on a friday at 7pm pulled it.) i will however, send them all my bills for the year of follow up ive had to deal with for their mistake. I have included a picture from the day before the procedure - the day of, the day after, a pic when i was being weened off the medication after 6 month of high dose steroids (due to the dentist prescribing a an extreme low dose that did nothing) and two additional pictures from this year 4 months post steroids two more teeth were also shattered due to the steroids and so I was deathly scared of getting those pulled, until this morning. I had no idea that a dentist office could be caring and comforting. But shoutout to Meier dental and Cincinnati oral surgeons for extracting 3 teeth (the two shattered and my last wisdom) under anesthesia, prescribed me a pill before I went in, had antibiotics on order, Tylenol 3 on order for pain. Sent me home with an ice pack and enough gauze to last a life time. My total out of pocket $600. Insane difference. These people took my life from me for almost a year. Due to being on steroids gained ao much water weight I had Charlie horses when I walked!, I also had high blood pressure, pre diabetic along with absolutely no energy and not being able to breathe all due to the side effects of the steroids I had to take to fix what THEY did. SO BEWARE OF TWIN DENTAL. Or at least if you find anything suspicious or wrong speak to a malpractice attorney IMMEDIATELY read more

This review is LONG overdue!!! I'm so happy I found this office. First and foremost, the whole staff is amazing. I was left with a great first impression especially from Shiloh and Dr.Brock. During my very first an appointment, Dr.Brock noticed that i had very dry lips and i explained that was i on Accutane and the it was horrible trying to find something that worked. He told me about this brand called "LanoLips" and even Amazon primed my very first one to my address, which i received on 2 days time. He quite literally saved my lips lol they were breaking bad. I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I feel a responsibility to share my experience for anyone considering this office for wisdom teeth removal. I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted here, and unfortunately, it was a nightmare from start to finish. Despite being told I would be fully sedated with retroactive amnesia, I remember part of the procedure and day vividly--even a week later. I experienced significant pain for over 24 hours afterward, and when I tried to communicate this, the staff was dismissive, invalidating my pain simply because I wasn't in tears while in the chair. I can't speak to the quality of their other dental services, but if you're considering this office for oral surgery, especially something as intensive as wisdom teeth removal, I strongly encourage you to seek out a licensed oral surgeon who is equipped to handle both the procedure and the patient experience with competence and care. You deserve to feel safe, heard, and properly cared for--none of which I received here. read more

Dr Mike had to make me a top denture. At first they did not fit but after 5 months it finally fits and for the 1st time since may I can eat more food. At 1st it was oatmeal, oatmeal and more oatmeal. I'm a little torn. There's a lot that I've really like about Twin Dental, but also some not-so-great things too. I started coming here a couple years ago after It had been awhile since I had come to the dentist and knew I needed to have some work done. I've been pleased with the results of their work. Let's start with the positives: The staff here is super friendly. All of the folks at the front desk have been nothing but kind and understanding and helpful in planning when it comes to sometimes very expensive procedures (because let's face it, most dental insurance is the worst). I've never had less than a 5-star experience with any of the staff or dental hygienists that have worked on me. I remember feeling uncomfortable on my second or so visit when one of the two (twin) dentists that was working on me (sadly, I cannot remember which one). As I sat in the chair and stared at the large cross on the wall in front of me, he began to talk to me a bit as he worked. He asked me "Got anything planned the rest of the day after this?" I managed to get out a "Just going back to work" with the equipment he had in my mouth. He followed up with a "Good. Too many people don't go to work. did you know that 40% of the nation's population is on welfare? That's ridiculous." Gosh... I dunno.... I'm super respectful of all religions, beliefs, stances, but I definitely don't like to feel subjected to them when I'm at the dentist (and certainly not when there's lots of equipment in my mouth!). What if I had been on welfare when these comments were made? I don't think he meant these comments maliciously or had any ill intent, I just don't want my dental work to be as emotionally uncomfortable as thanksgiving dinner with my family. There's already enough being stuffed down the throat at a dentist office, I don't think any more is needed. The three stars stands though and these feelings shouldn't negate a lot of the great work that this office has done, either! I'm still pleased with the work they've done and have really appreciated the kindness of much of their staff. Had braces on for a few years with them and had voiced concern of things I wanted corrected with my smile. My concerns were ignored and was told "things will blend". Well they still don't and has now been quoted for braces top and bottom that'll be twice as much. Will not be back and won't be referring anyone. read more

Think before you come here there was ZERO communication. My first visit they took a bunch of X-rays then a dental hygienist and the dentist came to look at my teeth NEVER did they clean my teeth and then said I needed work done the prices are VERY high and at the end of my pointless visit they charged me $89 co pay this was NEVER told to me I will never come back ask questions before going there read more

I had dental pain on the Friday before Christmas. Even though the office wasn't open for patients that day, Dr Dave came into the office and performed a root canal so I didn't have to wait until after the holidays. Even though they opened just for me, they were very kind and concerned for my comfort. There is no way a root canal s fun, but Dr. Dave and his assistant made it as comfortable as possible. read more

I might be biased since I have gone here all my life except when I moved away for a few years. I have never been disappointed and the staff there is very personable and very kind. I will write about my recent experience and not my whole life story. ;-). I went in to get a consult for my teeth since they are wee bit crooked. I was thinking about lumineers or Invisalign. They went through the choices of pros and cons and prices. Also, they have promotions some times in the year that helped with my choice. I chose Invisalign and they were quick to help me with financial aid and the whole process of getting molds, fittings and etc. I felt very comfortable with the team and all the procedures. My children and I have had extensive dental work over the past 20 years at Twin Dental and could not be happier with their work and service. I have never had to wait and they always worked me in if there was a problem to occur at any time. I needed a dentist quickly as I lost a front cap. I called Twin Dental. Not only did they get me in the next day, but they worked with me financially through care credit and the most reasonable way to meet my needs. They are extremely nice and very concerned for the patient's comfort. They do excellent work as well. I am so happy with the results and certainly recommend this business. They really listen and offer all assistance possible. They are very professional from the receptionist through all the staff including the dentist. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. I'd put off going to the dentist because of painful previous experiences and anxiety. Novocaine alone never got me fully numb, but the nitrous with the novocaine made my experience here a breeze compared to the past with only novocain. Horrible, degrading, humiliating. when I first got there the staff was very kind and attentive. Dr. David T. Rothan DDS General Dentist was very rude,disrespectful ,He came in the room without really introducing him self ,he being by tell me that I could not afford to pay the cost to get my teeth fixed, in I needed to had them all pull out in have an wear denture plates, I then ask was their something we could do because I am still young and I work in customer service, his was very cold and offensively impolite and turn to me in said that sometime you have to face reality. it was not so much as what he said it could be some truth to that ,but he never look to see my insurance covered or anything he just told me I could not afford the service. at first I thought is was my work uniform, then maybe he thought I had a medical card, but when I looked him straight in his eye I new right then and there it was my dark skin. as he threw up his hands and walked out the room, I nicely told the nurse thank you got a copy of my exams and a card in left. for the first time in my 50 + years in felt prejudice and racist in the dental or medical profession. This really sadness my heart, however my second opinion doctor took me the same day will save my teeth in gave me a cost print out with my insurance deductions.
