Niles Guichet lured me with false claims he is an "internationally renowned TMJ/TMD expert, etc." and boasted he had cured over 1,500 patients and would cure my disorder, which was my jaw was dislocated/misaligned from an ill-fitting 3 unit bridge, the BAIT. After 4 adjustments on his "splint", Niles said he had put my jaw back into its socket and the reason I was still in pain was because he had to "equilibrate" my teeth, which would get rid of all my pain and he used his staff and scam/false documents to SWITCH, trick me into his concocted scam, which turned out to be Niles irreversibly drilling off the surfaces of my natural/healthy teeth. After this my pain escalated and I became much worse and this is when Niles had his partner/son, David tell me he had to do full mouth reconstruction on these same teeth that his father/Niles drilled/mutilated.
My current dentist cured my disorder by putting my dislocated jaw back into its socket and he is also a dental expert witness and he stated that my TMD disorder was caused by one year old dental work/an ill-fitting 3 unit bridge and Niles stated the same in my file, which is medical proof there were NOT any reasons for Niles to drill on the surfaces of my natural/healthy teeth.
My dentist said if Niles had NOT mutilated my teeth, my dentist would have only needed to adjust my splint, which HAS put my jaw back into its socket and this would have put my natural teeth back into their alignment and after this phase my dentist would have only needed to make a proper fitting 3 unit bridge and this would have been the extent/end of his treatment.
But because Niles made my disorder very complex, difficult and very expensive to treat/cure, my dentist now has to replicate the surfaces of these teeth in order to keep my jaw/bite in its proper position, which would NOT have been medically necessary if Niles had not drilled off the surfaces of my teeth.
Despite the fact that Niles and my dentist, both documented my TMD was caused by "one year old dental work", David, Niles' son, stated, "that it was my fault that I had a dislocated, misaligned jaw because he said the dentists I went to were educated in America, that they were not a bunch of STUPID MEXICANS educated in Tijuana" and he also screamed/threatened us and tried to prevent us from leaving his office when my husband told him his father had drilled on my teeth while I was in pain because David knew these acts were done with malice and for GREED.
For decades, Niles and his partner/racist son, David, have lured/preyed upon patients in debilitating TMD pain, so Niles can drill off the surface of their natural teeth and then his son David crowns these same teeth that his father mutilated at the cost of $75.000.00+. Niles also pays his lawyer, Mr. Burdick Ray to illegally intimidate, threaten, etc., Niles' victims and he sent these letters to me.
Niles brags that for decades he has taught 1000's of dentists in the U.S. and overseas in his "seminars" how to drill off the surfaces of patients natural teeth and then crown these same teeth and I kept the false/scam documents, etc., that prove the Guichet's acts are a malicious fraud. read more
