Life is short. Smile while you have teeth. Selfies are so much better after seeing Dr. Grieb.

I believe if you wake up smiling, the world smiles with you. I suspect most people dread seeing the dentist and make it an obligation. Tooth be told, if you love smiling, this is kind of a priority. I was a patient of Dr. David Grieb years ago and recently returned because he's conveniently located in my neighborhood, not to mention having the lovely pleasure of cracking two teeth. The staff is so awesome! From setting up appointments to billing issues, they are fast and efficient, aside from always being hilarious even when you happen to be drooling all over yourself. Located in a shared office, Dr. Grieb is my go-to dentist and was available for my emergency root canal. I couldn't ask for better because his demeanor is knowledgeable, gentle, and thoughtful. Who are we kidding? Having an extraction, root canal, bridge or even regular routine checkup can be uncomfortable at best. My dental work was completed in three (3) appointments and only required little time off from work. The dental hygienists/assistants are as fantastic and put you at ease. What matters most, he will always discuss your needs prior to starting any procedure and with your approval. He's also very responsive if you contact them online. His office accepts all dental insurance and also offer their own insurance plans and Care Credit for the financial obligations. My suggestion, avoid pistachios, hard almonds, and ice cubes. I'm pretty sure the pistachio crusted lamb did it in for me. Now, ViVi has 32 candy bars. Then ViVi eats 18 candy bars. What does ViVi have now? A happy mouth. And an appointment with Dr. Grieb. May the floss be with you.

Scheduled a cleaning with the hygienist.... oh my God she is a miracle worker! Teeth were highly stained!

Arcadia Endodontics - That's dr Anderson (my fav) DMD,MS And my numbed smile

Root Canals & Relaxation? At Arcadia Endodontics, Believe It…read more ***** Let's be honest--"root canal" usually strikes the same fear as "tax audit" or "group text with strangers." But hear me out: Arcadia Endodontics flips that script completely. My recent visit turned what I expected to be a dental doom-day into something bordering on... dare I say... spa-like serenity? ~ The Situation: I walked in with a broken and cracked tooth--clearly in trouble, but not beyond saving. Where some might rush to extraction, Dr. Anderson was hopeful and talked me through my options. I was shown CBCT scans (yes, 3D imaging! Not your grandma's x-rays) and detailed views of the internal damage--including a sneaky little horizontal canal that traditional tools would've totally missed. This technology? Game-changing. I instantly understood why CBCTs are mandatory! ‍~ The Care: Let me talk about Destiny. Not just technically sharp and efficient, but a total vibe-setter. She met me with warmth, calmed the nerves I didn't even know I had, and made the whole experience feel grounded and human. From start to finish, she was one step ahead, like a kindness conductor with a gentle touch and sharp eye. Dr. Anderson, meanwhile, is the kind of endodontist you wish could just take over your life's problems. Cheerful, clear in her explanations, and steady throughout the procedure. She checked in often--not just with words, but with genuine attentiveness. She sees you. She hears you. Even post-procedure, the follow-up care was elite. A+ isn't enough. She's A++ in my book. (Shoutout too to Dr. Axx and Dr. Clatanoff, who are equally stellar--having seen them in action) This whole crew is stacked. A bonus thanks to my normal doc, Dr. Axx, who was on vaca and set me up with Dr. Anderson. ~ GentleWave Technology = Root Canal Wizardry If you've ever had a root canal the old-fashioned way... I'm sorry. GentleWave is a completely different story. I've had it before, and was thrilled to learn my case was eligible again. This system is like giving your tooth a micro-cleanse while sipping herbal tea under a starlit sky. I legit fell asleep. No cap. My recovery? Two ibuprofen post procedure and one pill when I woke up the next morning. That's it. No swelling, no throbbing. Just relief. ~ Vibes & Office Experience This office is CLEAN. Like, spotless to the point where you start checking your shoes before you walk in. Add to that massage chairs, essential oils, soothing music, and you've basically got a root canal lounge. The only level-up I can think of would be under eye 24K gold collagen patches and a martini with a straw (clearly I'm dreaming). The financial chat (often the "ouch" part of any dental visit) was handled with grace. The woman who walked me through my billing and options made the process smooth, respectful, and bearable. There was no pressure--just clarity and understanding. TLDR -- What You're Signing Up For: *Clear, compassionate care that empowers you *Next-gen tech with CBCT and GentleWave *Ultra-sterile, safety-first protocols *True aftercare with next-day doctor calls (yes, calls, not bots) *A team that feels more like family than a dental staff ~ Final Verdict: If you're facing an endodontic procedure and dreading it, don't. AE is the kind of place that restores more than teeth--they restore your peace of mind (and in my case--my sanity that the tooth pain was zapping). I've already sent neighbors, friends, and probably the mailman here. If you're not local (out-of-state), I still recommend you find a GentleWave provider--but honestly, if you can swing a visit here, this is the place. To Dr. Anderson and her side-kick, Destiny, Dr. Axx, Dr. C and the dream team: thank you for turning an experience dreaded by many into something deeply reassuring. If I could leave six stars, I would. --A grateful (and comfortably recovered) patient *****(*) Ericka

I had services with this office in Dec 2024 and believed my account was settled at that time…read more Recently, I discovered that Acadia Endodontics charged my credit card without my authorization for $70, despite no recent services or consent to use my card on file. I did not approve this charge, nor was I notified in advance. Additionally, there remains an unresolved credit related to unused X-ray services that I never proceeded with, which I had previously raised. Regardless of any internal billing disagreement, charging a patient's credit card without current authorization is unacceptable. I am now having to spend time disputing a charge that should never have occurred. I would strongly encourage prospective patients to closely monitor billing practices and ensure all financial matters are clearly resolved and documented before leaving this office

She wasn't too excited about getting numbed again, so I just want to mention how much I appreciate your attentiveness and kindness to my daughter. You displayed such empathy and compassion and I could tell it was genuinely from your heart. You rubbed her little arm as the Doc injected the anesthetic and it literally had me in tears to see a complete stranger show such kindness to my daughter! you were truly the best part of our experience and I'm SO glad I saw your name on your scrubs! Dr. Walker was also great The wait was pretty long and front office staff was a bit dry but it's Monday and I get it & the atmosphere was giving "sitting in your grandmas living room" vibes as my 12 year old daughter said but nonetheless, i appreciated the quick accommodation! Vivian I really hope you see this and know that I see you thank you again for displaying such good character and going above and beyond your responsibilities to make your patients comfortable.

My experience was enjoyable from beginning to end with the fine folks at Canyon Ridge dental specialist. I highly recommend them. I went with a different place at first because it was closer to where we were living. Well, that turned out to be a mistake. I ended up having a bad experience there and finally switched to S&L. Dr. Ngo and his team fixed everything the other dentist had messed up. Right away I knew my wife had been right all along. I've been going to S&L for four years now and they really are the best dental office I've ever been to. Dr. Ngo has removed all my old metal fillings and replaced them with modern ones, plus he's done a couple of crowns for me. Everything looks and feels great. My wife has also been extremely happy with all the work he's done for her too. I'm almost 55 and I've seen a bunch of top-rated, highly recommended dentists over the years, both here in the US and a couple in Mexico. Nothing else comes close. One thing I have to mention is how good Dr. Ngo is with people who hate dental visits or get nervous about pain. His work is excellent, but it's the way he takes care of you that makes the biggest difference. For example, the way he does Novocaine shots is unbelievable. You barely feel it at all. Every dentist out there should learn his technique. With all that said, I do think the front office experience could be better. If the customer service up front matched Dr. David's clearly caring vibe, it would be 100% perfect. If you're looking for a truly professional dentist who gives five-star care and service, this is the place. Dr. David Ngo at S&L is the only one I would recommend without any hesitation.

He is knowledgeable and professional and always takes time to check in, even during routine cleanings. I usually don't wait more than 5 minutes for my appointments. There have been times where I needed immediate dental care and they are able to work with you to fit you in as quickly as possible. I have recommended him to many people throughout the last 8 years! At a previous dental office in Miami I had a terrible experience that started with a routine cleaning that turned into a root canal 6 hours later and left me with significant anxiety with all things dental related. I found out a few years later after moving to Arizona that the root canal was not performed correctly and I had to get it re-done. Dr. Ngo is incredible at calming nerves and making you feel safe when in uncomfortable situations, especially with anxiety. He talks through every step in advance and during the procedures, so that there are no surprises. He takes extra time when numbing the mouth so that the pain is tolerable and at times barely noticeable. I really appreciate this and feel like it's rare to find. I highly recommend Dr. Ngo and S&L Dental for all your dental needs.
