It's hard to find that nowadays! As a kid, I never cared much for my dentists after having such a poor experience with butchered work. I chipped my tooth when I was 11, and after 2 dentists later, Dr. Pinner fixed my chip that has lasted to this day into my adult life. I haven't lived in the Northwest area for over 9 years now, but to this day, Dr. Pinner remains the most pivotal dentist I have had.

First off, Susan and Pascha made me feel beyond comfortable and welcomed into the office. Their professional way of approaching the situation but also getting to you know keeps you at ease. I have never been to a dentist's office where I get a full explanation of what is exactly going on in such detail - Dr. Chau gave me so much information and also took time to ask me if I understood and if I had any questions/comment/concerns. What is also important to me is that I am given the proper amount of time and not feeling like i'm just one in a line of 10 to be worked on in an office. I've been to many offices where they over book their dentists and this was not the case here. I felt I was genuinely cared about and taken care of by the entire time and that is super important when finding a dentist you love. The office is hidden in the corner of a shopping center outside of the Hearthstone Country Club area, right on 529 across from Walgreen - so easily accessible. The interior of the office is super clean, fresh and welcoming. I have found my permanent dentist as long as Dr. Chau and her team are here! I strongly advise to stay away from Vivid Dental - I was stunned when she told us that you're done. This was my worst dental cleaning experience ever in last 30+ years.
