Dr. Chau is wonderful, and so is Pascha, her dental assistant. So here's the biggest thing -- I had a root canal, and (I swear) it didn't hurt at all. I mean not a single bit of pain. None. I have been on this planet for more than half a century and have never heard of such a thing. I will be going back there for my future dentist needs! There comes a point where updating a review is only repeating what was earlier said on my previous review updates. First off, Susan and Pascha made me feel beyond comfortable and welcomed into the office. Their professional way of approaching the situation but also getting to you know keeps you at ease. I have never been to a dentist's office where I get a full explanation of what is exactly going on in such detail - Dr. Chau gave me so much information and also took time to ask me if I understood and if I had any questions/comment/concerns. What is also important to me is that I am given the proper amount of time and not feeling like i'm just one in a line of 10 to be worked on in an office. I've been to many offices where they over book their dentists and this was not the case here. I felt I was genuinely cared about and taken care of by the entire time and that is super important when finding a dentist you love. The office is hidden in the corner of a shopping center outside of the Hearthstone Country Club area, right on 529 across from Walgreen - so easily accessible. The interior of the office is super clean, fresh and welcoming. I have found my permanent dentist as long as Dr. Chau and her team are here! I highly recommend Hearthstone Dentistry, you will not be disappointed.

I called this office and receptionist made a big deal about verification of insurance and even asked for SS# on the phone, when as I had provided all the info from dental insurance card. We had 9:30 appointment, at 9:45 a female employee started cleaning and completed cleaning at 9.52; I was sitting and watching and realized that she was perhaps minimum wage employee on training and she told that there is no Fluoride in the stock. I strongly advise to stay away from Vivid Dental - I was stunned when she told us that you're done. This was my worst dental cleaning experience ever in last 30+ years. I need to report my insurance company and revoke this doctor' s license to hire and misled dental patients. Once again, beware of Vivid dental, do not waste your time and money visiting his office.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Al since his predecessor, Dr Wender, retired, and we have been very happy with his practice: I learned today that he is great with children, too. Dr Al performed a tooth extraction this morning on my twelve year old daughter, who has a phobia of needles and can be very nervous. Dr Al has better methods than most pediatric dentists, and also was honest, kind, and patient: no surprise, my daughter trusted him, the tooth was out quickly, and she even came home smiling.
