Their furniture prices are insanely cheap and the couches and chairs are super comfortable! I am currently in the process of purchasing (still need to do some measurements) two book cases for my place.. $60 combined for both! That is literally unheard of. They have rugs, curtains, kitchen items, cleaning products and even food. Most recently I visited Big Lots and picked up "Back to Nature" brand fudge striped cookies.. a box of these runs about $4-5 in other grocery stores, including Giant Eagle and Whole Foods. What did I pay at Big Lots? $1.25 a box! An awesome deal! They have tons of granola, cereal, canned goods and even a decent selection of gluten free foods! They are also adding coolers/freezers to this Big Lots and I am super excited! Big Lots has everything. Go there before you go to any other store- there is a good chance they will have what you need and it will be a lot cheaper than the other places!

At 8:30 pm on a weeknight, the store was busy and the stockers were spinning up to put merchandise on shelves. A few areas were out of stock but maybe that's about to be fixed. Tidy, well lit and clear aisles. The checkout area was staffed appropriately and the restroom was clean. Overall, this was an OK experience. Note that this is NOT a Supercenter store. They do not have any groceries here. For that, they are adjoined to the Giant Eagle next door. Oh, and this Walmart tolerates overnight parking for RVs in their lot. Hooray, a decent night in the Sprinter van. [Review 20423 overall - 633 in Pennsylvania - 1402 of 2023.]

This particular store is in Village Square Mall. When my husband and I shopped here, we both commented on how large the store was. I felt most interested in browsing the women's clothing, but I looked at very department. I found a nice jacket that was on sale for only $28. I also discovered that Kohl's sells my favorite brand of underwear--Calvin Klein--and that it was on sale. Yay! I will have to buy more here in the future. At the checkout, we experienced no problems with the machine or employee. One recommendation is that employees could say hello to customers throughout the store. Note that this Kohl's also has a Sephora and an Amazon return center.

I watched her open it via FaceTime Christmas morning. She was so excited until she popped open the lid and discovered someone had switched the perfume for another cheap bottle with a sticker still on it from TJ Maxx. She was devastated but I assured her the store would make it right since they had sold her a fraudulent item. My daughter took her to return it today and the manager would not return it. She had paid with her own money rather than a credit card so the manager could pull that off. This is dishonest and not to mention unethical and very unkind . Don't ever shop in a store that treats customers this way. It's sad what this world has become. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Kohls stole $130 from me and ruined a kids Christmas.

I ended up getting a set for my boy and a sweater and pants for myself. I also got shoes to go with. I only really have 2 issues with this store. 1. Where are the people who work here? For being the last day they are open before Black Friday I feel there should have been at least one person in every department. I only saw 1 girl on the actual floor. The 2 others were at the register. 2. Why bother doing Kohls cash? I would rather you just take it off my total. That said I will be back soon too spend my Kohls cash.

He did something that I don't think I've seen anyone else do. He consistently approached people and asked them if they needed help scanning or bagging their groceries. I think this is very noteworthy. At any other type of grocery store of different names, the employees at the self- checkout lane usually stand back and just watch and wait for an issue with a machine. This young man (he might be my same age, but he looked younger) was actively engaging with customers and I think that was delightful.
