Front desk and waiting area. Love the vibe! Beautiful art work in the corner and a cool contemporary ambiance.

So I've been following the Dr. Mabrie for a few years now and after all positive reviews still till this year, I've decided to take the plunge :-D Everyone at the office is so nice. I was greeted by front desk who's always so cheerful. My first visit was with Kimberly to get my lips done. I did my homework and watched a few of the videos on their Instagram and was confident enough to schedule with her. I had a bad experience with an injector at a different place a few years back, so I made sure to look at all examples and information online and on any media platform. I was comfortable and happy with my experience. My upper lip is really thin but it goes forward at the tip, so when I explained my concern to Kimberly, she gave me some good recommendations to be done. She also made sure my bottom lip was full and projected so it balanced out with my upper lip, I noticed the difference . Crystal was the medical assistant who explained the procedure and answer most questions I had. Again, very knowledgeable and left me with a good vibe. Not to mention, the music request and lavender lights (they asked what my favorite cold wax prior to the appointment) was a nice touch! My second visit was with Dr. Mabrie himself to get a non-surgical rhinoplasty. Cool guy. I was supposed to come back and see Kimberly for my lip refinement appointment but Dr. Mabrie said he'd use the rest of my Restylane Kysse filler to touch up. Very kind of him. Note: They recommend a minimal of 2 appointments, one to lay down the foundation in the first injection, and then come back after a month or so for refinement. I think that is a great idea! I've noticed some practices only do one appointment and when they inject too much at one time, the filler seems to just spread everywhere. That is exactly what happened a few years back somewhere else. Anyway, so now I finally have a little bridge on my nose which I'm liking a lot! The tip does look projected, but I'm looking forward for my refinement to get a little more definition. I did also want to mention Rochelle the nurse who numbed me both times, with Kimberly on my lips and Dr. Mabrie with my nose- super down to earth and was very patient with me (I hate needles!) but definitely made my experience soothing. Matt was really cool, too.. I think that's his name. He was the one who assisted and prepped me on my second visit with Dr. Mabrie. As I was waiting for Dr. Mabrie, he recommended that Squid Game was a good drama series.. haha. Now I'm hooked! Overall everyone at this place made me feel welcome and I'm definitely satisfied with the results. Seems like I'll be a returning patient!

Great experience and the STAFF! Great Customer Service! Kimberly and Ellie your amazing. when I walked in it felt like home even in the waiting room they will accommodate your needs for sure its definitely for you to find out. Dr. Mabrie will let you know what can be accomplished or what can't be done regardless he will carry out your incentive, your inner rockstar appearance that we all have. i had a nose procedure that went perfectly well he did his magic made a few adjustments inline with my natural beauty without taking away my natural nose appearance, just adding a little touch up in areas I recommend. I'm looking forward coming back again for my jawline.. I seriously can't wait to see my inner rockstar on this one lol. from my experience I suggest you give Dr. Mabrie a look before you try anyone els!.

I'm baaaack!!! A rainy day in SF, but I'm here, ready to further perfect the wonderful work Dr. Mabrie has already started! I'm already pretty, but he's about to improve upon that! Can't wait to see my results!!!

Bruises, bled and obvious shot marks from Botox shot in the jaw area. First time getting bruises and bled!

I regret coming to this place. They failed on all fronts: 1. Dr's bedside manners; 2. service & remediation (to correct mistakes); 3. results/craftsmanship/the work done to my face; 4. Pricing 5. Appointment scheduling; 6. Refund and not allowing me to use my credit 7. Credibility / trustworthiness Always read the 1 star reviews...they are most telling. March 8, 2018 update: - Botox takes up to 3 weeks for its full effect, and should last for a few months. - It's been 8 weeks and I can already see the results of the botox diminishing. Botox is diluted, thus the effects are not as great. The doctor also uses pre-fill syringes - which is a big NO-NO since these meds expire, the patient has no idea when the meds were filled in the syringes, or how much dilution was used. All his fillers and products are way more expensive than other doctors. The doctor spent 10-15 minutes with me and called it his $300 consultation. This is definitely a situation where charging more does not mean better. He didn't even consult me on using botox, and came in and injected 3 shots in one side of my jaw area to treat my TMJ. When I asked him how much botox was use, I found out he INJECTED 4 TIMES MORE THAN I REQUESTED. A competent doctor would never inject that much of anything on only one side of the face, as Botox will create an uneven face. He let me out of his office like that. Only after complaining did he offer to balance the other side of my face, for "free". And my face was bruised and blood was coming out. This should not happen with botox! Red Flag (1) - Everyone is a sales person in the office. When I first called in for an appointment, the receptionist was selling him before she wanted to tell me the price per units. They didn't want to scare people off too soon because his pricing is higher than most other doctors. During the appointment, the assistant came in to see me before the doctor did. One of the first questions she asked me was "how much do you want to spend?" Red Flag (2) - The doctor is not booked out too far in advance and doesn't pay attention or listen to the patient's objective. I was in his office from 10:30 - 1:30 just for a botox shot. My appointment was at 11. I came earlier to get my paper work done. The assistant talked to me from 11 for about 10-15 minute. Doctor finally came in around 11:50 and talked to me for about 15 minute. He walked out and didn't come back until around 12:40.

All of the staff is great! They are patient, friendly, professional, explain the process throughly, & very responsive. I definitely really appreciate Lindsey, Kimberly, and Rochelle for making my experience there comfortable & welcoming, despite my nervousness. I definitely left the office looking refreshed. I even received a few goodies to take home welcoming me, which was extremely thoughtful. I look forward to my ongoing journey there!

Talk about the BeST experience ever!! From the moment you walk into this beautifully decorated office and greeted with that warm smile from the receptionist, you know your time here will be magical! And the Best part is, you leave looking like a better version of yourself! Dr. Mabrie, Kimberly and the entire team caters to your every need to ensure you are thoroughly pleased with not only your result, but your entire experience. I look amazing and I feel like I have made friends... correction, I know I have made friends who believe in ensuring I feel and look my absolute best! When they say "your face in their hands" just know you will leave looking natural, refreshed, younger and polished! I Can't wait until my next appointment. Thanks again for making me feel handsome outside and inside! All the best! Albert

I needed a blepharoplasty for my heavy eyelids and found Dr. Ransom on Yelp listed as an excellent, kind, friendly doctor. The consultation was great, Dr. Ransom listened to exactly what I wanted, assured me that not too much would be removed and was very kind. I felt like I was going to be in good hands. A woman at the office took me into another room, showed me some before and after pictures, (though I'm not sure she made note of which ones I liked), and I asked how long is the recovery time, she said "Oh just a week, you can have your procedure Monday and stitches removed Friday." Great, I took a week off. Monday, the day of procedure, before the procedure, we were in a room and Dr. Ransom was getting things together in a rush. I was surprised he didn't confirm what we talked about or go over what he about to do. So I said, "just a little off eyelids and subtle right?" He just said "right" as he was assembling things. I asked "can you please go over the procedure?" and he did. At the beginning of the procedure, his Assistant placed a slightly adhesive pad on the side of my belly, (to monitor my vitals during the procedure). He injected anesthetic around my right eye, then my left eye, (though I noted that he didn't inject/spend as much time injecting my left eye). The procedure was going well, I felt no pain as he starting on my right eye, (though it was unsettling that Dr. Ransom and his Assistant were having casual conversation while working on my eyes-I know he must have done this procedure hundreds of times before, but still - this is my face). Towards the end, Dr. Ransom spent a good amount of time with the stitches on my right eye, but when he started on my left eye, I really felt pain, said it really hurts and "Ow." I realized he must have run out of anesthetic in his syringe when he got to my left eye and just didn't bother to get another syringe. Instead of stopping to give me more anesthetic, he just kept saying, "we're almost done, we're almost done." After reeling from that, his Assistant proceeded to slowly tear off the adhesive pad on my belly, (which is slightly hairy), and I yelped "Ouch!" I was too caught off guard to tell him to just rip the pad off like a bandaid and the Assistant kept saying "sorry, sorry" as he continued to slowly tear off the pad. After I continued to say "ouch, ouch!", Dr. Ransom said, "Oh your little hairs." So in addition to being in pain, I'm now belittled. Feeling terrible from this, I got dressed, shuffled to the Receptionist and scheduled stitches to removed that Friday. Close to Friday, the Receptionist called me to say my appointment was moved to Monday. I said but I took this week off and have to go back to work Monday. She said the doctor said I would get better results if I waited a couple more days to have the stitches removed. It seemed like a lie because why did they have schedule the appt for Friday originally? Silence from her, implying there is nothing I can do about it. Following the appointment, to minimize scars, I was to have 3 small laser zaps at the ends of each eye, administered by the Assistant. I have deep horizontal creases at the ends of my eyes, (had them for a long time), and I asked the Assistant if there was a procedure to address those. He said maybe some filler can help with the "canyons." I had to laugh at the exaggeration and cruelty of the term. I looked at him when he said it and I honestly believe he wasn't trying to be mean, that really was the word that came to his mind. Although ultimately results of the blepharoplasty were perfect, due to the experiences above, I just can not bring myself to go back to that office. I do believe Dr. Ransom is kind, it just may be another situation of having too many clients lined up back-to-back.

After three previous…read morerhinoplasties and dealing with my overly crooked nose and deviated septum, I expected him to tell me--like other plastic surgeons had over the years--to leave my flawed nose alone. To my surprise, after his assistant took pictures from all angles and he examined my nose, he said he could help me and that I was a good candidate! Two months ago, I underwent revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim, and I'm extremely happy with the results. He guided me every step of the way regarding what to expect from the surgery. Firstly, he informed me that my nose would be swollen and appear "big" for several months and that it might take up to 1-2 years to settle into its expected shape. He also mentioned that some asymmetry would remain, but that it would be significantly improved. Even while still swollen, I can see a huge improvement, and I've already received compliments from three friends about my new nose. I can breathe better now and have less sinus discharge. Most importantly, I no longer feel self-conscious about my nose. Each day, it seems to be getting a bit smaller, which is exciting. The renditions he provided of what my new nose would look like closely match how my nose appeared right after surgery before the swelling began. I would recommend Dr. Kim to anyone unhappy with their nose. I only wish I had found him sooner.

He had the nerve to accuse me of having BDD and said 90% of his patients have BDD - when in reality he just didn't want to take fault for his lack of aesthetics. I do not recommend Dr Kim for revision rhinoplasty. I wish I had studied his before and afters longer and trusted my gut when his morph looked terrible. I avoid mirrors and still get nausea from the total identify loss his lack of communication and style has caused me. He took liberties on things we never talked about. Worst part is my breathing is still not better after enduring 6.5 hour surgery.

I originally started seeing her for a broken capillary, and after such a great experience, I decided to trust her with injections as well. I'm so glad I did. She is knowledgeable, gentle, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen and make sure everything feels right. Highly recommend Nurse Alyssa to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust.

For context, I received 3cc facial Renuva injections in Beverly Hills two years ago but that…read moresurgeon didn't numb my face and those injections were more painful than actual surgery. Fast forward to this year, I read that Dr. Rajagopal was the number one Renuva provider in the country and her website stated that numbing cream was used. I was terrified of more pain but hopeful that this experience would be less painful. At this office, numbing cream was literally applied to my face for 30 minutes and then ice was applied afterwards. Although the injections were still painful, they were much more tolerable. Dr. Rajagopal has a gentle hand, a kind demeanor, and good aesthetic sense. I've seen four other different plastic surgeons but Dr. Rajagopal has given me the most faith in doctors. I wish that I had known about her earlier. I would definitely come here for Renuva injections or other treatments as needed. They are not inexpensive at 2500 for 3 cc. Dr. Rajagopal clearly cares about people and their comfort. This is very important as any surgery or injection is a stressful experience so bedside manners and genuine concern is priceless. The only odd thing was that I was presented the bill during numbing by a staff member. Payment is expected after treatment and I knew the cost beforehand so it was strange to get the bill during the middle of the procedure and then after the procedure again. I would have been happy to pay in advance if they are worried about people leaving without paying. In any case, the office staff was nice. There was easy and free private parking provided. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Rajagopal for her keen aesthetic eye and caring demeanor.

Instructions were given, was prescribed a few things, shot was given and then asked for a follow up. Was out the consultation room in less than 10 minutes. What I didn't have a good experience with is the company's practice and lack of professionalism when it comes to billing and insurance / credit card retention. I gave them my insurance information 5x and they still did not keep my in-network insurance on file until I asked them to charge my $40 copay the afternoon of my visit after I realized that there's definitely a copay for that visit. I called 4x before someone answered. During the call to pay my copay, it turns out the front desk person I met did not put my information in despite saying she did. What she did keep was my credit card information that they refuse to delete despite me never signing any form to justify it. This practice will try to make you sign a form that forces you to keep a payment card on file, have it charged without notification when there is a bill and forgo your right to dispute the charge if there's a discrepancy in billing. I shared the image of the form below. The front desk personnel will also hound you if you don't put your personal address and ssn on the forms. I gave them my address but the fd still refused to acknowledged that I wrote it down. I generally have payment cards stored for copayments at other practices. However, I have never had practice (or worked at a practice) that has these terms and conditions. It feels almost predatory and extremely insensitive. I understand when bills are due they are due. However, not saving my insurance information when I gave it multiple times, refusing to acknowledge I had filled the health forms online and even written down my address. Is just terrible practice as someone who also works in the medical field. I even emailed the team and offered them to submit the insurance claim myself just to ensure that it does get billed to them first. I even asked for a patient ledger once it's done cause I need to know my claim gets billed correctly. Furthermore, they do store you whole card information on their computer system and not an secure off-site institution as they claim, cause the FD on the phone confirming my copay was able to repeat the card number from front to back. Trust me this is not standard practice at medical offices or even businesses. At most the only card info a business would have is the last 4 digits of the card and it's expiration. Not the whole card's information I did not sign anything (their green agreement policy) that authorizes them to charge my card without my consent or say so cause I am not tardy on bills. (If I was why would I called 3 hours later to pay my copay immediately) But treating every new or existing patient like they are out for free service gives the impression that it's money first before your health by a long-shot. Most practices I've been to are not like this The whole fiasco about not wanting to save my insurance so they bill me directly instead cemented my experience at this practice. The doctor may be nice but the billing system and practice is definitely flawed. It's almost like they operate more like a beauty spa/ clinic than an actual medical facility for people with skin conditions. The administrative staff seem unwilling to actually do their role besides pushing you to fill out the green agreement form (pictured below), give card information and your address to ensure they can bill you instead and then send you to collections. Everything but sending the claim to insurance it seems. Definitely won't be back and will follow up to ensure they do send my claims, and would not recommend this practice to any patient needing care without the administrative stress.
