I have always wanted to get my breast done since I was a freshman in highschool. I finallllly bit the bullet and did my research. I was also recommened by my hair stylist to come here. I got my BA done 09/2024 and now that it has been more than a year since the surgery, my breast looks amazing. They look so natural and proportionate to my body. The pre-surgery went very smooth. Liz, the surgery coordinator, she was soooo helpful and so personable. We talked about the timeline of my surgery so I knew what I was expecting in the coming month. If I had any questions, she had an answer too or is willing to find out the information for me. We, Dr. Sieber, the medical assistant, and I, talked about the sizing and gave me some recommendations. I even got to try one some fake breasts to see how it looked and felt on me. We talked about what I wanted my breast to look like. Dr.Sieber listened and make some points if I were to choose this/that decision. The day of the surgery... I was freaking nervous. This was the first major surgery I've done. Dr. Sieber assured me everything will be ok. He had a great team with him; so I knew I was in good hands. He did the dual-plane method to ensure my breast looked as natural as it can. TLDR; Dr. Sieber failed to advise me on the complications of his breast augmentation procedure and breastfeeding. I did not feel he or his staff were listening to me or taking me and my health concerns seriously. They also made receiving my surgery deposit refund contingent on signing an NDA. I refused to sign the settlement and lost the $1000 deposit so that I could share my story with the public. Based on my experience, this practice is NOT putting women's health first and people need to know that. Especially women with concerns about breastfeeding in the future. ... On December 11, 2024, I had a consultation for a breast augmentation with Dr. David Sieber in his San Francisco office. The first question I asked him during my consultation was: "How will this surgery impact my chances of breastfeeding in the future?". His verbatim response to my question was: "I don't know. You're a PhD student. Why don't you look it up?". Before I had a chance to respond, he followed with "A third of women can't breastfeed anyways." I was dismayed by his response and dropped the question out of a sense of shock that anyone with a medical degree could respond like this. I went on to ask additional questions on other topics and never returned to the topic of breastfeeding. Neither did Dr. Sieber. The rest of the consultation went well and Dr. Sieber had a highly informed response to every other question I posed, able to cite statistics and explain medical research in a sophisticated way. He encouraged me to have my breast augmentation surgery using the dual plane placement he specializes in. I went so far as to schedule a surgery with his practice (with a $1000 deposit), with the verbal guarantee from his administrator Liz that I could cancel within 24 hours if I wanted. After reviewing the medical research on my own, I emailed that night and called first thing the next day to cancel the surgery. When I called and spoke with Liz from the office, she informed me that I had misunderstood what she'd verbally told me. I didn't have 24 hours to cancel the surgery date, I had 24 hours to move the surgery date and I would lose the $1000 deposit if I went with another practice. When I shared my concerns about breastfeeding, she repeated what Dr. Sieber told me, "A third of women can't breastfeed anyways". I told her that was not what she had said in the office when we spoke. After a long back-and-forth that involved several email exchanges and phone calls and speaking to the surgery scheduler, they said I would receive my deposit back provided I signed a form. When I looked at the form, I saw that it was a legal settlement with an NDA that would expressly forbid me from speaking publicly about any encounters I had with Dr. Sieber and his office. I refused to sign it and gave up on the $1000 so that I could tell this story. I have since had consultations with four other board-certified plastic surgeons in the San Francisco Bay Area (and had a successful breast augmentation with one of them). I have posed the breastfeeding question to each one. Each surgeon was able to answer this question respectfully and knowledgeably, acknowledging what is known in the medical literature about the possible impact of breast augmentation on breastfeeding and what is variable or unknown. They were willing and able to discuss the impact of different implant placements and incisions on breastfeeding, something Dr. Sieber failed to do. As a plastic surgeon specializing breast augmentation, I would expect him to be highly informed on the topic of surgery and breastfeeding and to receive this question on a regular basis. If he is truly uninformed on the topic, his lack of knowledge is a major liability to patients who are seeking care from his practice and who desire to breastfeed in the future. If he is informed on the topic and withholding information from his patients, then this shows a disregard for the patient's desired results from surgery and their overall health outcome. Summary: I would NOT recommend Dr. Sieber's business to anyone. As a woman, I did not feel he or his staff were listening to me or taking me and my health concerns seriously. Dr. Sieber performed a fat transfer and surgical procedure a little over a year ago. When I sent my photos in for review I was given a surgical plan and quote prior to scheduling my consultation. I researched that information so I would be able to ask informed questions during my consult. When I arrived for my consult Dr. Sieber suggested a fat transfer and a different surgical procedure. Clearly a lack of communication within his team, but it led to confusion for the patient. I trusted his (new) suggestion and moved forward. Unfortunately, I developed 4+ hard lumps in my breast from the fat transfer within the first two months. I am high risk for breast cancer so this was concerning for me and led to necessary additional scans and monitoring for a year. This was never explained as a possible risk or complication prior to surgery. His office didn't make me feel like they were taking this seriously when I informed them. In fact, I arrived for one scan at the hospital and was denied because his office had not sent in the order. Dr. Sieber did order the initial scan but it required several requests from me. I just had another surgery with another plastic surgeon to remove the lumps and do a scar revision to improve the scars from Dr. Sieber. I feel and look so much better. I paid Dr. Sieber a lot of money and went through a surgical procedure that I did not experience positive results from. I also saw Armeen and Sally several times for lasers and Botox. I very much enjoyed them; however, the office attempted to overcharge me twice. They sent me texts with links asking for payments although I had already paid in full at the time of my visit. I had to produce my paid in full receipts and never received an explanation or apology from anyone. Very impersonal and unprofessional, in my opinion. Dr. Sieber and his team are truly phenomenal. This review is for both Dr. Sieber and Sally Sherrard, PA-C. I first went to Dr. Sieber's office for a consult to remove and replace old saline implants, and discuss the sagging look of my breasts following weight loss. I spent the better part of a year researching plastic surgeons in LA and SF and finally landed on Dr. Sieber. Everyone in his office is incredibly kind, and make you feel at ease from the start. Dr. Sieber and his nurse Kelly listened to what I wanted and helped me choose the best size. I wanted to go bigger, so he recommended using galaflex (sometimes known as an "internal bra") to reduce the chances of the implant sagging. Once we agreed on the procedures, I received a detailed bill from his office manager, Amy. (A deposit to hold your surgery date is required, and they also work with care credit to offer a 6 month, 0% financing option) SURGERY DAY It was so lovely to get a call from Dr. Sieber the night before surgery to answer any last minute questions. What a kind gesture. The morning of surgery I went to the San Francisco Surgery Center located in the same building as Dr. Sieber's office. The center is very clean, and their nurses and anesthesiologist were wonderful. I felt very safe and cared for. Following surgery I woke up feeling groggy, but minimal discomfort. It was very tolerable. That night I got a call from Dr. Sieber to make sure everything was ok at home following surgery, and a text follow up every day that week. This is just so courteous and thoughtful, and truly above and beyond. I am now about 5 months post-op and so happy with the results! My breasts look great, and the incision sites are healing beautifully. I cannot recommend him enough. He is truly a master in aesthetics. From start to finish, the process was very smooth and their follow through was timely and thorough. After submitting my photos, I was cleared for a virtual consultation with Dr. Sieber, and that went very well - he was detailed and helpful in that meeting and I felt very prepared for the next steps. When I went to see Dr. Sieber, I was a 38-year-old. I'm writing this review one-year post-surgery. I was in decent shape and had been trying to get rid of stubborn belly fat since I was 20. It had 360 liposuction of the tummy, flanks, lower back, and chest. My results are beyond amazing, and no one can tell I had surgery unless I tell them. During my research stage of finding a surgeon, it was hard to find good surgeons with many examples of working on a male body, and Dr. Seiber fit my criteria. He gave me an athletic, natural look that I love. He is expensive, but you pay for what you get in his hands. I was terrified of having to get revision surgery, and that will not be necessary because I chose Dr. Sieber. He did the job right the first time around. My experience directly after surgery was comforting. Surgery is scary, you are in terrible pain, and different things come up every day. Dr. Sieber and his entire team were available via text and phone. They checked in on me and answered all my questions as they came up. I felt taken care of every time Dr. Sieber himself asked me how I was doing. He's a great communicator. When you're considering a surgeon, ask the surgeon you're considering what their post-surgery communication routine is. I bet you it's not as high-touch as Dr. Sieber's routine check-ins. read more

Dr. Sieber is an early career plastic surgeon with 6 years of experience practicing. I had a consult with him for a very invasive procedure. The consult offered was only 15 mins (despite my being a previous patient), hardly enough time to explain his approach or answer real questions about such an intensive procedure. When I asked him which approach he'd use as there a few, he simply stated one with no explanation as to why he'd use it over others. When I asked if he could elaborate on why, he said "that's just what I always do", hardly satisfying for a very serious surgery. That's gonna cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket. Then I asked him about some complications that I wondered about. Things like scarring, changes in sensation, etc. for each thing I asked him he just said "that's never happened with me". It felt dismissive of my question, and it felt arrogant. He didn't explain why that can't happen sometimes and what he does differently to ensure that it doesn't happen. I also find it hard to believe that these things have never happened to him not even once It strains credibility. If it's truly never happens to him, perhaps it's because he has not performed this procedure very frequently. When I asked about how much experience he had with the procedure, he became defensive and said "I don't know what that's going to tell you."as though he was attacking me for even asking the question. It's going to tell me how much experience you have, and whether I should put my life in your hands. Stay away from providers who don't give you enough time to ask questions or who try to shame you for asking good questions. read more

Sally is MAGIC! She is all about the "less is more" approach, and her work is like art. I've been going to Sally for Botox for the past year and I love her approach. Before I found her, I had gone to about 10 other derms, med spas, and plastic surgeon offices, and all of them had suggested I do 15-20 (sometimes 40!!) units for my forehead static lines. Sally suggested 8 units, about half of everyone else. And that's all I needed! I've attached my before and after photos to show my forehead lines disappearing. It took about 6 months of gradual fading to get to this point (just after my second round of Botox). I also use Retin-A which helped a lot. Recently I went to her for filler for under my eyes and cheek. She went very minimal and suggested I go very slowly with this. I have never been more happy with how I look. It's subtle but I notice it. I now no longer have to wear concealer under my eyes. I feel like myself again. Thank you Sally! read more

I really, really, REALLY regret getting Dysport here. I don't know why I let the injector Sally convince me to get injections on the lower half of my face. I've only done forehead and crows feet with a previous provider and loved my results. Sadly, that provider moved to LA or I would have gone back to her. Now my smile, which I am always complimented on, is lopsided and I look weird when I try to smile. I look worse than before and paid $$$$ for it. NEVER AGAIN! I should have known better when Sally recommended expensive laser (which is not appropriate for me) and fillers. I'm glad others had good experiences but mine was and is awful and I'm stuck like this for months, which is unbelievably depressing. read more

Seiber Plastic Surgery is the only place I will go for my filler. My injector Sally is incredibly talented at her craft and is very honest about what can and cannot be achieved through injectables and other treatments. She gives realistic expectations and her results are amazing but also very natural. (Thank you Sally!) Her assistant Kat is phenomenal. She helps in the process to make injections MUCH more comfortable through a series of light tapping techniques and fanning. It truly makes a night and day difference in comfort with Kat and her pain-relieving techniques versus an injector working solo. (What a treat that we, as patients, have you Kat). From the moment I stepped in, she greeted me with a warm and genuine hello. She then made sure I was comfortable in the chair (weighted blanket and all!) and sat down to review the survey I had filled out. She talked through everything I wrote down, really considering my skin concerns/needs, after which she walked me through her customized plan for my facial. I really felt she cared about addressing MY skin needs and making me feel cared for. Not once did I feel like I was just one more patient, just more procedure to get through (everyone knows how that feels). Not at Dr. Sieber's! He has truly built a genuine *care* team, where you know you are getting the best of the best. I was able to book an appointment with Dr. Siber's newly hired esthetician Priscilla Gordon. It was such a delightful experience; I was very much enjoying her detailed analysis of my facial skin and medically advanced description of what she found. Her focus on details while at the same time explaining each step of the procedure was great. And last but not least; she knows which pressure points to push in your face making the entire experience very relaxing and enjoyable. I even struggled to get out of the chair post facial. I had a RAFT (Rectus abdominus fat transfer) tummy tuck with Lipo to flanks and back. I can't express how good Dr. Sieber and his team were. From consultation to my recovery they were just a text or phone call away. The regime that Dr. Sieber has is very effective on results and recovery. After the surgery, the patient is advise to have lymphatic drainage massage starting the very next day. (Yes, you heard that right). l chose a clinic (Just for you) that is located in the same building. Luciana and Lise were amazing. They take pictures on every appointment and show it to Dr. Sieber. My recovery was not bad at all because l felt like Dr. Sieber and his nurse Kelly had me prepped with all the information and meds and tools. There was a time where l had a question on a weekend and and texted Dr. Sieber. What amazed me was that he responded even though he was in a meeting in Monaco. After my surgery, he continuously texted every morning for the next 10 days to see how l am feeling and doing. That interaction made me feel at ease.
