Doctor Li is darn good. Just had my wisdom teeth removed and it was much simpler than I was thinking it would be. He's got Novocaine shots down to an art...I have no more fear of dental work because hes so good with making the shots painless. No problems after the teeth were removed and healing perfectly. He doesn't waste time either... as I don't think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes in his office...very punctual. AND when my insurance company gives them issues, they take care of it all without me having to do a thing. read more

Dr. Li and his staff are the best and brightest I've ever found. I went to him based on a friend's recommendation and have not been disappointed. I first saw him for crowns on my two front teeth, which is delicate work at best. The results were amazing. The temporary crowns looked better than most permanent crowns. I came for the first time yesterday for a first time exam and cleaning and everything went well! I had seen all the good reviews and decided to give it a shot. It had been a while since I've seen a dentist so I assumed the worse but dr li and his staff are very conservative and will not suggest treatment unless it is truly needed. I appreciate that since my last dental office was quick to diagnose treatment that was unnecessary. Also, the cleaning was done very nicely. I have always had to deal with very heavy handed dentists in the past which made going to the dentist an ordeal for me. Now that I know it isn't always like that, I am more than willing to come back to dr li's office from now on! Thank you again dr li and staff! I've been coming here for years and have always had an excellent experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They take a lot of care with the teeth cleaning and do great work. The fillings I have needed were done well. The biggest thing I've needed was gum surgery, which was a total success and was done with care and knowledge. I would highly recommend! read more

Dr. Li was recommended to me through my wife's family and I could not be more pleased with Dr. Li. He has been very professional and I know that pain will not be an issue when visitting with him for an appointment. He is always gentle and makes sure that I am ok and well numbed up to reduce any pain what so ever. I honestly wish that I had met Dr. Li a long time ago when I was younger. All my oral issues could have been resolved then. I was able to pay for my procedure in payments which eased the financial pressure a little bit from all of my other bills. They've updated response with a little bit more information but still completely not trustfully, sorry. Insisting that you provided me with an information about a consultation fee is ridiculous because on the moment of scheduling of a visit there is no mentioning of that. It may, of course, appear later on website but at the moment I've scheduled appointment and in confirmation e-mails there is no word about it as well. Right now they referring that tooth extraction could be of three different types. May be four. OKAY. You could just give 3-4 tags. That's easy because it's only few of them. With different codes and my insurance on hand. If you don't care about patient's time who's already made his way to your office because of interest why not to spend 3 minutes or so to give these prices to him? You completely refused to say anything without consultation first. I had insurance with me and was ready to provide receptionist with information but it was said that prices after consultation only. I would like to thank Dr. Lim for helping me last minute. I called in for the same day appointment last Saturday around 12 pm because I cracked and chipped my tooth while eating lunch ! I was in so much pain and sensitivity when I inhale air or drink cold water. Dr. Lim explained that it's because the cracked is near the nerve of my tooth. That same day she did my root canal . Dr. Lim is the best when it comes to giving shots , I didn't feel a thing!!! The procedure went smoothly. I like that every step of my root canal was explained very well and I understand it . The best part is she made me feel at ease because I told her that I don't like going to the dentist because of fear of shots. Returned back for my routine dental check up and cleaning and everything was great as always. Went there to get a check up and cleaning with Dr. Mendoza again and he does a great job making sure my teeth were cleaned as well as explaining the conditions of my teeth. Although for this time I did have to wait a little but I it was still a great. Not only was Dr. Mendoza great but the one who was assisting him was also very nice and helpful. I had a pleasant and quick visit! I especially liked being able to book the appointment online. Also, since I was able to fill out some of my information online through ZocDoc, it reduced the amount I needed to fill out by hand the day of the appointment, which can normally be a pain. She was thorough with my cleaning and made sure that I wasn't feeling any discomfort. Dr. Lim is my dentist and she is great. I highly recommend her. She explains the procedure very carefully and she is very gentle. First time I went there she did a full examination and spent about 15 minutes explaining what she saw etc, which is very rare. I also like the fact that they have a screen for Netflix movies which helps me feel better during the treatment! I've seen them only at pediatric dentists so it's a plus:) read more
