I just had an appointment with Dr. Brodner this morning. The young gentlemen that assisted me was kind and efficient. I am surprised by all of the dissatisfied comments. Dr. Brodner was very polite, respectful, listened to my answers carefully. He made suggestions and was direct in telling me to stop doing some of the things I've been doing. Overall, I highly recommend him. I've been in healthcare for 30 years. I don't mention that during my appointments. I want to evaluate their care based strictly on being their patient. I also leave my emotions out of my visit. For reference: I had the best Ortho surgeon and he had horrible reviews. NOT because he wasn't one of the best in the country, but because he was very direct and didn't chit chat. People lost their minds over that calling him rude and saying he had a horrible bedside manner. No... he was extremely busy and did not waste time on anything but necessary facts. I picked up on that immediately, and was not offended by it. Healthcare is inundated and I don't foresee it getting better... on the level/amount of patients we see per day and all of the additional data entry, chart reviews, and chart notes. Our society has become emotion driven without seeming to care it's also become a breakneck pace in healthcare. You don't have to leave your appointment feeling disgruntled if you enter it with patience and grace. Additionally, sometimes there is no clear answer or it's discovered over time. Dr's are not God and the pressure/expectations placed on them to be charismatic in addition to everything else they have to be is not reasonable. That said, I do agree none of us need to be rude or condescending either, if you arrive with patience and grace. I had asked a patient what was wrong because she was treating me horrible and I hadn't even begun her exam. She apologized and said she brought in her suitcase of things going wrong in her life and was beating me up with it. Be mindful of the energy you bring to the appointment. read more

Dr. Brodner performed balloon synoplasty on me mid August 2025. I was told surgery was a success and that recovering period would be a few weeks. It is now almost three months later and I am still having extreme sinus difficulties and have been back to his office several times to see what else could be done. What annoys me most is that every time I went back I was examined by his assistant. I feel that I was just being passed off and now I have been told to contact a research hospital as there is nothing else that can be done. Extremely frustrating after going through with surgery which did little to relieve problem. read more

Went once in 2021 and had a wonderful experience with Assistant , Julia. Went back this April. Saw Dr Brodner, what a horrible bedside manner! I had 2 tests done in 2021- he insisted I never had them done. Belittled me. Extremely rude!! Went to check out, they had one of the test results on the Computer!!! I visited Dr. Brodner's office expecting to see him, but he wasn't available, so I was seen by the Physician Assistant instead. During the appointment, she performed procedures that I later discovered cost over $300--charges I would have declined had I been informed upfront. Unfortunately, the visit didn't address or resolve any of my concerns. I felt that my medical history was overlooked, and my issues weren't taken seriously. The overall experience left me feeling dismissed and dissatisfied. I would recommend considering other ENT practices that prioritize patient communication and care. read more

I had my sinus surgery on October 24, 2023, with Dr, David Brodner ENT Specialist, as an outpatient. After the surgery I was given three antibiotics. Dr. David Brodner ENT Specialist 8794 West Boynton Beach Blvd. Boynton Beach, Florida 33572 Phn# 561-735-8750 Everything was going well until October 28 when I had two bleeding episodes through the nose and blood clots. I call the office on October 29 left message and Joann the office manager calls me back and said to come in on Monday October 30, 2023, Dr. Brodner did a drainage, cleanup of the area and packing of the nose. November 1, 2, 2023 another episode of bleeding and blood clots, Dr. did a drainage again for the 2nd and 3rd time and packing of the nose on both days. The Dr. said he can't find where the bleeding is coming from so, he's sending me to Delay Medical Center to check and see where the bleeding is coming from and to perform an Embolization. I was admitted on November 2, 2023, so they can do an Embolization to stop the bleeding. Dr. Dennys Reyes Neurologist perform the surgery on November 3, 2023. After the surgery I could not open my left eye, they had to do a flushing, but it took a while before I can open my eye to this day, I still feel there's something in my eye. During my stay at the Hospital, I was given steroids in my I.V and insulin shots for my diabetes. I went home Saturday November 4, 2023. The morning of November 6, 2023, everything was looking good, but I woke up with sores all over my mouth so painful I could hardly swallow plus my head and ears still hurt. I called the office of the ENT Dr. Brodner who did my sinus surgery and he sent in a prescription for mouth wash to my Walgreen Pharmacy. All the mouth wash did was numb the area it didn't take care of the sores. Right after I spoke to the Dr. I had a chunk of blood come up my mouth? November 7, 2023, I had a little nosebleed. Later that morning chunk of black stuff came out my right nostril. I also developed a rash on my left cheek that hurts like hell, I think it was from the steroids that I was given at the hospital. Friday November 10, 2023, I passed out at home and my husband brought me to Wellington Regional Hospital Emergency. They admitted me to monitor my condition and perform several tests and blood work. November 11, 2023, Dr. Antoinette Davis @ Wellington Regional Medical Center came in to give me results of some of the tests, scan of the head is ok, sonogram of my neck and the throat was check for the blood flow to the head is ok, my triglycerides potassium where low, sugar has been up and down. I mention to Dr. Antoinette Davis that I was having pain in my mouth, and she said that it might be the steroids or the tube they put down my throat during the anesthesia at Delray Medical Center during my Embolization. She then looked at my mouth and diagnose it as Oral Thrush, I told her it's all over my upper mouth and down my throat which was very painful and I could hardly swallow so Dr. Davis prescribes a few antibiotics starting November 11, 2023, and the sores started to feel better. They kept me until November 12, 2023, in order to monitor me. While at Wellington Regional, I was given Tylenol every four hours for the headaches and the Magic mouth wash for the Oral Thrush. I was also given insulin shots because my diabetes numbers were up and down. November 12, 2023, I was release from the Wellington Regional Hospital at 2pm. I was given a Magic Mouth Wash to take home. Dr. Antoinette Davis also prescribed two antibiotics for the infection I had in my mouth. November 17, I had an appointment with Dr. Dennys Reyes for a follow up after the Embolization surgery. Dr. did a mini physical and said everything is looking good. During my visit to Dr. Reyes, I started to cough up dark red blood and small amounts of blood clots and it's been going on for several days. He said he has no idea why. November 20, 2023, I had an appointment with Dr. Brodner the ENT for a follow up. Dr. did a drainage and clean up the area again and mention everything is looking good, it was very painful. Dr. gave me an antibiotic for the Oral Thrush and fungus I have in my mouth. He also did a test culture and it to the lab. November 21, 2023, I woke up and all was well in the morning. I had some discharge one hour later and had blood clots coming out in my left nostril. As of November 22, 2023, pain on and off throughout the day and night but no nose bleeds and no blood clots. Still taking Tylenol and Ibuprofen for pain. I went back on my aspirin 81mg and since then I haven't had any nose bleeds or blood clots. Ever since my sinus surgery I've had nothing but nose bleeds and blood clots plus pain and discomfort in my head, nose, teeth and jaw. Neither Dr. can figure out why I had so much bleeding of the nose and blood clots, which I think is ridiculous. I would never go back to this Dr., too scary. read more

dr brodner came highly recommended to me. I'm sure he's a great dr, or was once. his staff was nice, and polite... and totally incompetent. I had 4 appointments to treat my ear, 2 in office and 2 at treatment center. the treatment center not only attempted to treat the wrong ear (per dr's orders) and neglected the problem I went there for, they made the problem worse. upon notifying the office, they promised to book an appointment for me with a new treatment center. no follow up. never heard from this treatment center. when I tried to find them, I found that this treatment center either went out of business or did not exist. after making my problem worse, the office completely abandoned me, still needing treatment for a problem that they exacerbated. but wouldn't you know they expected me to come back for more appointments to test me for problems that I wasn't having. if I could give them less than a one star rating, I would. read more

He's a truly gifted surgeon and caring doctor, and his professional & helpful staff have made every visit a pleasure. Dr. Brodner performed a balloon sinoplasty on me, and his technique was so gentle I actually fell asleep in the chair! This practice is awful! I started my journey the with PA Jules. She was okay but the office staff and Dr. Brodner are the worst! I have been trying to schedule a sinus procedure for two months. They never ever call you back and the Dr. will tear into you when you complain about the service. I have been experiencing horrible sinus trouble since march and here it is July! This place is just a bloody factory. They do not know how to run a practice and then they blame the patient when their actions are at fault. I keep meticulous notes and they sure as heck have no clue what is going on in the office!!!! Do yourself a favor, find another practice. read more

The PA, Julie, was thorough in her examination and showed genuine interest and concern as I detailed my symptoms. The doctor, on the other hand, had no bedside manner, didn't provide me with options to relieve my symptoms of vertigo, and spent very little time with me. He referred me for PT, and his front desk told me that I would hear from PT to set up an appointment...still haven't heard from anyone. With so many choices of doctors in this area, I suggest you choose someone else... and read the reviews before doing so!! read more

I wish I had read the reviews before going to Dr. Bodner's office for my earache. He has zero bedside manner and talks through the patient rather than to the patient. Didn't bother to get my name or even say goodbye. Have gone to him twice with a bad earache. The first visit he probed and nearly had me pass out with the pain like he was pulling on a scab in my middle ear. I went for a follow up visit, pain is still there but told him I did not need the $100 prescription for Vicadin (not covered under Medicare-Silverscript) and treated it with Tylenol 500 mg. He said to return in a month, just needs to heal. Still in pain for 3 weeks now, no going back to this office. read more

Dr Broadner has no bedside manner I had a sinaplasty done that did nothing to Alleviate my sinus issues When I mentioned that I was stuffy he said I had a deviated septum to which hi responded the sprays namely the fluticasone open my sinuses up i'm sure sprays can't fix a Deviated septum then he proceeded to suggest that I had a sinus infection and schedule me for 10 days later does that make any sense by the time I got to his office I was so irritated with his incompetence that I just walked out of the office nothing but a big run around has no idea what's going on read more

After suffering on and off for a year with frequent and severe cold and flu symptoms, I went to see Dr. Broadner based on a recommendation by my primary. At my initial evaluation, I found Dr. Broadner and his staff to be pleasant and professional. I described my symptoms and following his recommendation for a CT scan, which revealed a sever sinus blockage, I had a balloon sinuplasty which was performed outpatient at the doctor's office with only local aesthetics. While no procedure was pleasant, it was for the most part painless and completed in about an hour. The doctor and staff were completely professional and caring and were sure to let me know what was going on through the procedure. Although still having some expected swelling and drainage post-op, I felt better than I had in months by the next day. Within a week and half, I was almost completely recovered with only minor swelling. Follow ups were quick and for the most part painless. However, whatever minor discomfort I had was worth the change in how I felt after surgery. A big thank you to Dr. Broadner and his wonderful staff for helping me so much better. read more

I get chronic your infections and came across my worst one in four years and after seeing a local DO that just looked at my ear and diagnosed me with an infection, I ended up getting referred by my boss to Dr. Brodner's office to see Jules. Jules saved my life, my ears and a lot of time I may have missed from work. Jules performed a well needed culture and identified that I in fact had a fungal infection and a perforated eardrum. They got me right in on the same day and each time that I had pain I was able to go back in for Maintenence during a three week treatment period of medication. Jules is extremely kind, gentle and knowledgeable. I honestly have no idea what I would have done if I didn't find her. She is such a gem, bed side manner of a saint. Seriously. It sucks to find out that you're not being treated properly and in contact horrific pain, but to know someone that truly cares and knows your pain is truly comforting. My boss comes here for sleeping problems and I know they've helped him a lot as well. I can't say enough good about this office. So glad I found them. read more

After being roomed, Jules the Physicians Assistant and her medical assistant Kayla were very caring and knowledgeable. Do NOT go here. I know the only reason you're probably considering it is because it's in a convenient location. Yeah, that was my reasoning for going to this doctor too. Well, I would rather drive so far out of my way than ever go back to this place. The waiting room was completely empty. Honestly that should have been my first warning sign that this doctor is a POS. After I filled out the ridiculously long new patient packet I was taken to an exam room. For being completely empty, the doctor took a while to actually come to the room. I knew from the moment he stepped in I would not like him. He had zero personality whatsoever. Absolutely horrible bed side manner and just not the type of doctor you actually like or feel comfortable talking too. He asked the usual questions and you can tell he's the type of doctor who thinks he's one step above God. He is never wrong. Anything he says is right and if you question him he will look at you like you are a dumb peasant. I'm not an idiot and I do like to ask questions. I guess he wasn't prepared for someone to actually ask questions because his superior intellectual ego can't handle that. He turned his tone actually ruder which I didn't think was possible. Then he completely walked out without so much as a goodbye or a nice to meet you. Literally nothing at all. Beyond rude and unfriendly. I will absolutely never go back to this sorry excuse for a surgery hungry doctor. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to a doctor who actually has a personality and not a superiority complex. I was referred to Dr. Brodner by my internist for a sleep study. I have a history of migraines so Dr. Brodner's assistant told me I needed a CAT scan of my sinuses. allergy tests and a regiment of sprays including a steriod, over the counter nose spray and mucinex. I had still not met the doctor. I began the regiment and after 1 week I began to have nose bleeds that lasted for up to 3 hours. I went to the office and the assistant began to cauterize my nose when Dr. Brodner took over because she did not know which hand to use. The cauterization did not work. I had to visit the Urgent Care and finally the ER at Boca Reginal. I lost 2 months of my life to nose bleeds caused by the sprays prescribed by this office. I finally went to an excellent doctor at the University of Miami that used the correct technology. He did a nasaloscopy to see the inside of my nose. He cauterized it in a very different way and my nose stopped bleeding. Dr. Brodner is incompetent and should not be practicing. read more

Ramona has been especially helpful handling a complicated insurance situation for me within hours and calling me back right when she promised. i went for a simple ear infection, im a scuba diver so well aware when its infected. i was charged prior to examination for wax cleaning, something id had done 2 weeks prior so wasnt required ! he wasnt at all friendly, very matter of fact, did a culture and i was told alcohol and vinegar for the infection. however the pain was excruciating, 26 hrs later i went to CVS the next day, who gave me antibiotics, within 3 hours the pain was reducing and within 30 hours all good. i then got a call from dr brodners 6 days after to say there was no infection. ill stick to a simple ER next time. i left with a crazy cc charge and no treatment ! read more

I decided to try out this Dr. due to his close proximity to my home. Unfortunately, I found that his office is not a full service facility- meaning that NONE of the testing he wanted done to me was done on site, but at "partner" facilities. The office staff, although very sweet and apologetic, was not able to secure an appt. for testing that was less than a month out. Considering that I was there due to an inner ear issue and dizziness, I found that to be unacceptable. They took a sinus culture that took almost a week to get the results. I cannot fathom why a simple swab would take that long to get results, apparently they send everything out, and cannot do anything on site at all. I ended up wasting an entire day by going here for my dizziness issue. I made an appt. with a different Dr. in a large group that does all necessary testing in house. It was a much better experience and I did not have to wait a month for the testing I needed. The Dr. there spent a long time speaking to me and examining me, and had a nice manner about him. It was not a rushed, 2 minute exam like at Brodner's office. In closing, I would not recommend Dr. Brodner unless you have no issue with waiting for testing, as his practice is not full service. read more

I took my elderly mother to Dr. Brodner due to the recommendation of an audiologist. The first office visit was mostly acceptable except for the nurse not asking that mom get out of her wheelchair and into the exam chair- she said that the wheelchair was okay. The Dr. Came in and said to the air- "She needs to be in the exam chair." Then he turned and walked out, never greeting anyone. The nurse just walked out as well. Not a word. My elderly father and myself half lifted mom into the high exam chair and proceeded to wait another 15 min before the Dr came back. At no time did he greet my mother or us. He examined her ears, explained what he was doing, then said we had to come back in two weeks. The nurse gave us some OTC medical instructions and we made an appt. in two weeks. We came back in two weeks, walked to the check in desk and were asked why we were here. We said for our 10am appt and the receptionist got up and walked away. After 5 min, another woman came in and said that the Dr was in surgery and not here. (When the appt was made, we were told that the Dr had set office days and surgery days so we had to come that specific day). We asked why we weren't called and she said that they don't call to cancel if changes are made. We asked is it considered acceptable for the elderly folks to be taken from their home, driven 25 min to the appt, and told- Oops, Dr not here, oh well? She turned and walked away without a word. After 10 min, a nurse came and said she would look at mom's ears. There was never a word of apology. As this occurred on New Years Eve, we suspect that the Dr decided to take the day off. Then we left. I strongly advise all who consider this Dr to beware of the office staff scheduling and while the Dr might be well-known, he is lacking in behavioral skills. read more

Dr. Brodner changed my life! I do not believe in surgeries and I was hesitant to get a rhinoplasty deviated septum surgery. The first ENT I saw I refused the surgery. Dr. Brodner was the 2nd doctor I saw. I trusted him after the consoltation and put my life in his hands. Before the surgery I had really bad allergies and I was always stuffy and clogged up. I could not breathe properly. After the surgery I was a different person. I could actually breath. I was a different person, my allergies were not as bad and I wasn't out for the count when I had an allergy attack. It was the first time I could blow my nose and it would be clear to breathe. In the past it didn't matter how many times I blew my nose it was like I never did it. Thank you Dr. Brodner for changing my life for the better. Dr. Brodner was so nice and is a great doctor. I am so happy I had this surgery and I am so happy that Dr. Brodner performed it. read more
