I finally was financially able to do my dream breast revision surgery. What a great choice! This is the happiest I've ever been, with my breasts, in my entire life. I had one failed breast surgery, at the age of 20 years old, with a seroma, because the doctor failed to offer me drains. Then, I redid my breasts, at 22 years old. I did a mini lift, with small implants, as I naturally have a lot of breast tissue, to surround the implants. I chose a good surgeon then. I had those for 15 years, but they were just too big & bothered my back. Dr. Farber explained to me, that my breasts were drooping because my implants were too small for the width of my breasts. Dr. Farber recommended to remove the old implants, to avoid the drooping, then add an internal bra & do a full lift. Today, I am over 6 months out, from my breast surgery, with Dr. Farber. I had an explant, internal bra & full lift. My breasts are so great, they look like there are still implants in there. They are small & perky, just how I wanted them. My pain has been so minimal, compared to my past 2 breast augs. My back feels great now & no more back pain!! I feel taller & have a more slender silhouette now. Dr. Farber is incredible & the best in his field, for breast reconstruction. His staff goes above & beyond, as well. His patient coordinator, Gina, made this process so easy, relaxed & well-coordinated for me. My main thing is, I wanted a doctor & staff that actually cares & this is them. Went for consultation to another dr who required a full vision exam before having surgery. This dr did not require it. Ended up having vision problems after eye lift. Then I went on my own for vision exam to get a devastating diagnosis. If this dr required a vision exam before this surgery, I could have dealt with vision issues and decided not to waste so much money and months of my time laying around healing. Do NOT get this surgery done until you have a full ophthalmology exam.

Most of them have faded over the years, but two small ones remain, so we wanted to see if laser treatment would be an option. The doctor took the time to carefully examine her and gave us an honest recommendation. He explained that she's still too young for the procedure because she would likely need anesthesia for laser treatment. Instead of rushing into it, he advised us to wait until she's around 10 years old, when the birthmarks may become less noticeable on their own and laser treatment would be easier and safer. We truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty. It's refreshing to meet a doctor who puts the patient's best interests first instead of recommending an unnecessary procedure. Loraine finally came in, she appeared visibly agitated and mentioned she was running behind while another employee informed her that the patient scheduled after me was upset about the wait. At no point did she apologize to me for the significant delay. I asked whether it was still appropriate to proceed since the numbing cream had been sitting on my skin for such a long time. She simply applied more numbing cream and disappeared for another 30 minutes or so. I had taken the afternoon off for this appointment, but I certainly wasn't expecting to spend hours waiting because of poor scheduling and time management. When the procedure finally began, another employee interrupted to tell P.A. Loraine that a patient had returned and was very upset about an issue. Without hesitation, she asked someone else to finish my treatment and rushed out to deal with what she referred to as a "difficult patient." I have never spent thousands of dollars on cosmetic treatments only to be treated with such little regard for my time. The entire visit lasted more than four hours, and it felt more like waiting at a walk-in urgent care than receiving care at a premium aesthetic practice. As for the results, I had Clear + Brilliant laser, Sculptra, and Botox. The only treatment that produced noticeable results was the Botox. I did not see any meaningful improvement from either the laser or the Sculptra. Florida has no shortage of outstanding dermatology and aesthetic practices. Given this office's premium pricing, poor time management, lack of professionalism, and disappointing experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
