The next day my daughter informed me that Ms. Frye used my her password and COMPLETELY ERASED her Common App College Application. Needless to say my daughter was devastated and could not understand why someone would do such a thing. My wife and I ended up taking her to court and we were awarded a judgement in our favor. She was supposed to pay us within a 30 day time frame. The 30 days has come and gone and at the time of this writing, we have not received the funds that the court awarded us. Hiring College Connect 101 Inc. (GIgi Frye) was supposed to alleviate some of the stress associated with this process but all it did was add to it tremendously!!!

The constant changes in teachers, cancellations, and scheduling challenges made it nearly impossible to establish any continuity or momentum in my child's SAT preparation. SAT tutoring is time-sensitive, and consistency is critical. Instead, we were left feeling that neither my child's education nor our family's time was valued. What makes this even more frustrating is the mandatory nine-session commitment. Do yourself a favor and think twice before signing up for the required nine sessions. I deeply regret making that commitment. For a service that is supposed to help students prepare for such an important exam, I expected far more professionalism, reliability, and accountability.
