She has been my dentist for many years and has completely transformed my smile! My teeth have been quite a work in progress over the years, and she has beautifully fixed them all. Dr. Theresa is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly kind. She genuinely cares about her patients. I have never been more happy to smile and show my teeth, all thanks to her. I never in a million years would ever thought I'd say that I like going to the dentist, but I do because of her and the amazing staff working there. The front desk ladies are so great and always welcoming (Valerie makes me laugh all the time)! My kids (5 and 7 years old) also love going here because of the very friendly and patient dental hygienists. It took a long time to get the dentures done, continuing problems with my insurance coverage, nothing to do with the office. I found the staff to be professional and straightforward in their communication. I never saw the same person twice, different specialties I guess. They have a lot of exam rooms so they are working with several patients at the same time. That's ok with me. For what I had done, and the end result, I am very satisfied with the experience.

I considered them to be 'just practicing'. I originally went there to have a tooth pulled. He said he couldn't pull it, as it may be more extensive than originally thought. LIES! I went there a few months ago, and again Tuesday, October 8, 2024. During my last visit, October 8th, I was 'told' I didn't have dental insurance. LIES! I DID! The receptionist entered my incorrect ID Number. I was also told my insurance company sent them money to cover my first visit. Now, the insurance company wanted their money back. LIES! I called my insurance company, a claim was NEVER filed with this quack doctor, and never heard of him. This 'dentist' (and I use this term loosely!) lies through his teeth to suit his needs. LIES! CLAIMING THE INSURANCE PAID HIM, AND NOW WANTS THEIR MONEY BACK.... LIES!.... I HAD TO PAY PARTIALLY FOR MY SECOND VISIT. AND THE KICKER IS HE NEVER DID ANY WORK ON MY TEETH. TRUTH! She drilled out a "broken filling" where I felt the entire process and was in pain. I paid nearly $1000 out of pocket for a "deep" cleaning and cavity fill even with insurance. After my first visit, I no longer saw Dr. Tom, I was introduced to Dr. Ray. From that point on there were multiple issues. I had a crown installed and had to be refitted. One of the hygienists, left me suspended in a chair for over 25 mins while we waited for the dentist to inspect my teeth. Not once checking on me and then proceeded to gossip with the front office staff while standing outside the open door.
