It took a long time to get the dentures done, continuing problems with my insurance coverage, nothing to do with the office. I found the staff to be professional and straightforward in their communication. I never saw the same person twice, different specialties I guess. They have a lot of exam rooms so they are working with several patients at the same time. That's ok with me. For what I had done, and the end result, I am very satisfied with the experience.

I considered them to be 'just practicing'. I originally went there to have a tooth pulled. He said he couldn't pull it, as it may be more extensive than originally thought. LIES! The 'densist' talked down to me as if I was nobody, as well as stupid. He knows how to use his 'golden' glib LYING tonque (so he thinks) to get his way. I went there a few months ago, and again Tuesday, October 8, 2024. During my last visit, October 8th, I was 'told' I didn't have dental insurance. LIES! I DID! The receptionist entered my incorrect ID Number. I was also told my insurance company sent them money to cover my first visit. Now, the insurance company wanted their money back. LIES! I called my insurance company, a claim was NEVER filed with this quack doctor, and never heard of him. This 'dentist' (and I use this term loosely!) lies through his teeth to suit his needs. LIES! One of the hygienists, left me suspended in a chair for over 25 mins while we waited for the dentist to inspect my teeth. Not once checking on me and then proceeded to gossip with the front office staff while standing outside the open door. I have spoken with Dr. Ray and was told that I wouldn't have to see that hygienist again. Six months later I show up for my cleaning only to be greeted by the same person. Both of the front office personnel are no longer there, so there was confusion of anything I spoke about with Dr. Ray prior to my current visit. My jaw hurt, I had constant headaches, and the wisdom teeth caused pressure on my other molars causing more pain. One day, I decided to take a Jolly Rancher from my kids and I bit into it. I cracked a top wisdom tooth. It didn't hurt so I thought I had time to get by until my next dentist appointment. My husband goes to Easy Dental Care because they help Veterans that don't have insurance and my husband needed a root canal done. My husband said how much he loved the Dr because he was straight forward and the prices were amazing. Fast forward, after letting the cracked tooth sit too long my face started to swell up. I couldn't get into my dentist so I had called Easy Dental Care and Jasmine didn't even hesitate and asked if I could come in ASAP to at least get antibiotics and X-rays taken. I had developed and abscess and the dr gave me the option to remove just that tooth or remove all my wisdom teeth because he was shocked they hadn't been done. Absolutely no pressure from him. I asked if it would help the headaches and jaw pain, when he confirmed it would...it was a no brainer. He assured me that the process would be easy since mine weren't impacted and I would be fully numb! (They also offer laughing gas and Valium to make the process easier) Since I am type 2 diabetic, he wanted me on antibiotics for a week prior. On Friday the 8th of July I went in, to which I was greeted with friendly smiles and they made sure I was comfortable before they started any work. Jasmine is a DOLL. She made me laugh and was by my side the entire time. Dr was also amazing. He walked me through every step and I didn't feel a thing. He also found a cavity that he wants to fix in 4 weeks so my mouth can heal. I will be taking my children here from now on. Thank you Easy Dental Care! The office is average and Dr. is normally on time which I appreciate Most of the work he's done on me has been done well with a couple of exceptions. He does not have a gentle touch if that's what you're looking for. I would say try him out if you're looking for a dentist. He seems honest and won't try to rip you off.
