As he went from nail to nail, he would move my hand down as to alert me that I was moving ( I've been going to nail salons for well over 15 years, never had a nail technician done that). He did it the whole time, then he'd push my hand back. I was respectful the whole time. I even asked a question, actually twice because I wasn't sure he heard me; a few seconds later, he raises his phone towards me and communicates his answer to me via his phone. My nails stay healthy, and I've never had an issue with irritation or any other kind of yucky bacterial issues like other salons you read about. I absolutely LOVE the employees, and everyone is so sweet--and they just remodeled this year so the salon itself is beautiful! I normally work with Peter, Amy, or David but the entire team is very talented. I've read on here little tiffs here and there, so here are some tips to keep in mind: * the sander is used for cuticle removal, then the tweezer tool, so there isn't the traditional cuticle tool that other salons use; the sander and tweezers are less painful and do a great job * if you don't want to pay extra for the long lasting regular polish (silver top) you can bring in your own polish at no extra charge * if you visit (I believe) three or more times you're offered your own box with your own nail file and buffer--mine last a year each so it's well worth it * after eight visits/filling your customer card, you get a free mini-service, like eyebrow waxing, or a paraffin dip (there are others I don't remember) Like I mentioned, I love this salon and everyone works so hard. For years they offered ANC for only $20 while everyone else was already charing $35+, so cut them some slack on their new prices. Support your local businesses :)

I found the pedicure to be very relaxing and love the color. My nail tech was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well decorated. The pricing was on par with other salons in the area so I'll definitely keep this in minds again when I'm over this way.

It wasn't busy at the time we went in. I was able to get into chair. The massage feature felt great as I have spinal pain issues. They also accommodated me by doing everything from this chair. The manicure part the man stood the whole time I felt for his feet and even asked if he wanted to take a break. My experience for the first time in a long time was good and I will be back. Accessible parking space and to get onto the sidewalk would be my only complaint.

I was greatly promptly and apologized that there would be a wait. After a little while I was seated. As a brand new client they were incredible! I don't know the mans name but he took the time to make sure all my nails were the length I wanted and even on both hands, the shape of the nail is PERFECT, I got an ombré and I couldn't have been happier with how it came out. The end result was not a blurred ombré as u can see. The French on my toes was very small. The finish on my hands are bumpy with bubbles from the polish. I have a piece of black lent that he could not get off. But I would say the staff was polite to me.
