As soon as you pull to the opposite side of the building your order is ready to go. Beware if you feel pressured or anxious at a drive thru. Cashiers were super friendly and patient (remember our first time here). Pulled up and was told no shakes or fries were available. That was disappointing. So, didn't really get to have the full Pal's experience. Ordered the chili burger which was delicious and huge! Also got an unsweetened tea and a Mr. Enough (local herbal drink). All were good. We did have a local with us who assured us that everything is tasty there. Unfortunately, we only experienced a super limited menu, but had terrific service.

Was told to pull to a parking spot because it was going to be 5 minutes on Bo-rounds. Okay, so I pull around and wait. Got my food and started looking in the bag, no straw and no fork for my gravy biscuit. So I had to have the guy that brought me my food run back in and grab me a straw, some ketchup, and a fork. I didn't realize that they didn't put napkins in my bag either or I would have asked for that as well. Parked and went to go to eat and they had a small bowl of gravy in the tray, and a biscuit. Last time I recall it was supposed to be put together, no? Just pure laziness.

You order at the counter and you bus your own tables! We personally love that! I always try to clean my own table anyway! We started with the Pimento cheese appetizer! Homemade pimento cheese, picked okra, pickles and focaccia bread! Needed more bread lol! I kid! I had the smash burger with salad which I loved was an option!!! My fiancé had The Zadie Bird sandwich with cheese grits! He throughly enjoyed it and his grits were delicious!!! So happy they were a side option too!!! We honestly can't wait to come back to try it again! Great staff, Great Food!
