Biscuits are great except they offer no honey which I thought was a staple in country dining. Their tables are set with just a fork in a sanitary bag so you have to ask for a knife and a spoon for coffee. Also butter does not come with your biscuit/toast either. You have to ask for it. Speaking of toast, it's not even toasted. I think it's thrown on the cooktop and barely warmed. It's the little things that should be expected of a restaurant that I have complaints about.

I realize this was a larger order but we waited far too long for the food to come out. I checked to see if we had what we ordered and left. Unfortunately after getting home and giving food to the family, the chicken sandwiches were just plain sad. So overcooked it was half chicken jerky. The breading just flaked off & it was so very thin. I paid way too much for sad chicken that couldn't be eaten. Hamburgers were okay but honestly needed more seasoning but they were not overdone. On the up side, the tomatoes on the sandwich's were beautiful and sliced thick. Never Again

What I got was a sandwich with mustard, and slaw, on one piece of bread, and grape jelly on the other piece of bread, I really could not compare it...

Burger had just half of a hamburger in it and the other one was lathered in mayo which I specifically requested there be none of. I am tired of high priced garbage coming from these fast food joints and I have seen a lot since they showed up back in the 50's. These workers demanded more money but now provide even less service and satisfaction than ever before. Never again

What is happening here!?!?!?…read more This is the third visit where they were completely out of chicken sandwiches. On another occasion, they were out of chicken altogether. And unbelievably, one time they couldn't even serve it because they didn't have hot water to defrost the chicken. At this point, it's not just bad luck--it's a clear pattern of poor management and lack of basic operational planning. How does a chicken restaurant consistently run out of its main product? Ordering online doesn't help either. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes, only to find out when you arrive that they're out of what you ordered anyway. It completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and shows a serious disconnect between their system and what's actually available in the store. It honestly feels like no one is paying attention. I don't know where the general manager is, but something is seriously off here. It even comes across as if the staff simply don't want to work, so instead of managing inventory properly, they just say they're out of items whether that's accurate or not. Customers shouldn't have to gamble every time they show up just to see if the restaurant is actually serving what's on the menu. Absolutely ridiculous.
