They bought my first board from them in 2001, and have continued to buy anything I can from them because of the customer service and care for their community. Bill and his staff have always been so helpful in guiding me in my purchases to ensure I get the best equipment for my needs. I am working with Bill right now to purchase a new board from them even though I live in Scottsdale, AZ now. He's been great steering me away from companies that aren't producing great stuff anymore, and introducing me to better options that I will enjoy more. I really can't say enough great things about The Garden. I will ALWAYS buy my gear from them as long as I can. Thanks Bill and Team!

We started at Sidetracks and ended up spending the most amount of time in this one store. We even finished checking out all the other stores on the main road and returned here because we liked it that much. The selection inside is huge, there's little trinkets and stylish clothes, hair accessories and hats, there's bath items and kitchen items, party favors, games, and more. It feels like a "you name it, they have it" type of dealio. And, it's not the biggest store you'll ever see and still they have so much to offer! The sales staff at BB&B were super helpful and listened to my plans for using the bike on different terrain. They also made sure I was comfortable with how to operate and maintain the bike. I needed a number of items like a phone holder, water holder, helmet, and more. But they made some really good suggestions based on what I needed. Plus, I got a discount when I bought the bike accessories with the bike, which saved me even more money. I also checked out two of their other locations, and each one had a great selection of bikes and a nice space for bike repairs. In GB, I spoke to one of the techs about parts inventory and turnaround time, and I was really impressed with all of the answers. Look, there's always going to be a cheaper place to buy something, but I want to pay a fair price to a company that won't let me down when I need to maintain my bike.
