Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. I was supposed to have the best, toughest material that would prevent my cats from tearing through. When he came to install the windows screens he literally told my sons that you could try to take a knife to the screen and it would not cut. He even told them to go get a knife so they could demonstrate. My son's thought he was crazy so they didn't do that. What I'm posting is a series of messages that ensued between this business owner and myself and a damaged screen that he took no responsibility for.
