In the Fall, we were delivered, when neither of us was home to receive it, "our" snow plow- except it wasn't ours. It was the same brand and type of plow, but it was rusty and dented, with old rusted wheels, and ours was sparkly brand new- looking. My husband called to try to get our rightful plow back, and they said it was ours. It is not! BEWARE! Keep your model number number handy, if you need a repair, so you can identify your equipment! I am fair, and to be fair, this rusty snow plow does start up and run. But it's still not ours. I wonder who has ours...

I was there yesterday about 12:30 and was told it was going to be worked on in a few minutes and would be done I said I would be back tomorrow at the same time which I was today and the place is locked up and no one is answering the phone. I will stop in again soon and if it's just more bs I will just tell them to keep it and I will go elsewhere and buy new and consider this a learning experience. Over a month later and…read moreafter numerous calls and emails, I went to pick it up and charged over $75 for diagnosis, yet nothing was done. Depending on who I spoke with, I received a different answer. One worker said it could have one of many problems, but they didn't know what exactly was wrong with it and the other said it should start and run. Nothing was ever documented as being "serviced" and at one point they said they could "take the generator off my hands for no cost." I would not recommend this business to anyone. They seemed good up front (initially) but not at all on the back end.
