And the Bacchus was too soft and sad tasting, out of all of their wines btg was not great but the best red wine on the menu by far and it had flavors of blackberry, black currant, plum and black cherry with some tannin that helped it stand up to the food! And Grif and Kemp also got a glass knowing how particular I am! And for dinner entrees Mike and I both ordered the Cast Iron Ribeye, 12oz Certified Angus Beef, juicy and a creole demi glaze, topped with roasted garlic herb butter, choice of potato, roasted broccoli, with side garden salad for $32 And everyone loved their meals, and loved the look of the place. It looked brand new the entire place was quaint like a new country restaurant

As a New a Orleanian, it's Not A PoBoy (due to bread not being more crisp outside w/ hollow air holes inside), but really really close to it. That's fine, as the menu does not declare it as a PoBoy. I had mine "Dressed" (regular Mayo, Let, Tom, added Pickle & deleted Pepper Jack Cheese; in staying with my New Orleans "Dressed" Preference.) Great Friendly Servers. Very Attentive & Accommodating. Decor of old train history & artifacts. Quiet to Moderate noise level. Very Clean, Well Stocked Ladies' Room. -Free Off Street Parking, small dedicated lot -Prior Visit: ordered a Pizza To Go. It was Very good.

Ambiance: Very nice bar area and a great selection of bourbon and various other liquors. I was there for a business meeting, but will definitely have a drink next time. Service: Great service, waitress was very attentive. Pizza was pipping hot when she brought it to our table. Food: Tried the brussel sprouts with hummus and had the client I was with wanted cauliflower pita. It was actually a good alternative for those wanting GF option. They do have cauliflower crust for pizza too. I got a pepperoni and spicy Italian sausage with onions and bell peppers. Pizza was fantastic! I live in BR and very picky about pizza spots. This place is legit and has great pizza!

While it's pizza and more, it's pizza done right which makes a difference. The place expanded into the old Saritas Asian building and they stay busy. We had a little wait and then more of a wait to get a server but when they got to us everything was fine. Both of the pizzas we got were fresh and the ingredients were not slacking. I do wish they had more options for wing sauces. Also, the drink list and the liquor offers are massive so you will find something to match your pizza of choosing.

We went to Milan's on a Wednesday night, 4 adults and 2 children, found it on Yelp with good…read morereviews. One of the kiddos wanted pizza. Upon arrival parking was tight and inside was packed, good sign. We were told to give them a minute that they were busy but would accommodate us. We were seated outside after the table was dried off for us. It had been raining earlier. Outside was large and spacey with tables and couch along with tv and some toys for the kids. Service was slow and received numerous apologies along with the excuse they were super busy. They have a good selection of local draft beers. We ordered kids food immediately along with 3 drafts, 2 waters and 2 cokes. Drinks came after a few minutes. Kids food came after probably 20 min or so, kids cheese pizza was piping hot along with kids chicken tenders and fries. Kids cheese pizza was phenomenal. Kids chicken tenders and fries were terrible. Fries were completely over cooked and greasy. Tenders weren't over cooked but greasy and the cheap frozen kind. Service was slow on beer orders and we received the same excuse they were busy. Appeared to only be two middle aged men working. Received a plate of Italian bread and marinara. Both were good, marinara was superb imo. Placed an app order of cheese sticks with our main order and I ordered a house side salad. The cheese sticks and salad came out with the main order. The cheese sticks were substandard and frozen. The house salad dressing was phenomenal and I enjoyed the pecans and roasted peppers. I had the wings, they looked amazing when we first walked in. They were good, not as delicious as I was expecting. The garlic parm was way better than regular buffalo. Parents had a half and half supreme and pepperoni pizza hold onions. The supreme side was lacking peppers. Pepperoni side was good. GF had the Cabrese pizza. It was skimp on chicken but had a decent flavor. Bathroom was small but accommodating considering it's a bar/pizzeria. All in all I gave 3 stars because we were forgot about at times while we were seated outside by ourselves. We had to ask for replacement beers and still were forgotten about. Plus each time we were told the same excuse "we're really busy", but the place cleared out long before we got our food. I will give it another go but will definitely avoid the fried food choices due to poor quality food and stale tasting grease. The outside area for kids was a plus because we all know how toddlers can be.
