It was my birthday, and we thought it would be a wonderful evening to have dinner with family…read more Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We had a reservation for five people at 6:30 PM on September 17. When we arrived, we were asked to move several times to accommodate larger groups that were expected to arrive. We didn't mind and tried to be understanding. However, we were there before the other large parties, yet somehow our appetizers came out slow. When they finally arrived, they were cold. Some appetizers we didn't even order were brought to our table. Our main course was then brought out last, after the larger groups had already received their food, and it was cold as well. There were two servers and two food runners, so it was difficult to understand how the service became so disorganized (need more staff.) We watched other parties who arrived 30-40 minutes after us receive their food before we did. What made the evening worthwhile was simply being able to spend quality time with our family and celebrate my birthday together. Otherwise, the experience would have been a complete disappointment. I also noticed that one of the larger groups of ladies didn't appear to stay for their main courses. They simply asked for the check and left. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't plan on returning. Also, the menu doesn't match the website.

You woulda just thought they'd add an appropriate amount being that they're $1.99 plus per topping. Even tried to see if it was just the staff who was workin that day, so I went in the next day and it was the same thing. I ordered a small BBQ chicken pizza. Same ordeal. It's like I was just eating toasted bread. EXTREMELY light on the cheese, chicken, and BBQ sauce. I guess they're clearly ordered to go light on everything over there.. so if you go here don't at all expect to get the most bang for your buck. I had a frustrating experience after placing a phone order here. I ordered one chimichanga dinner,…read moresmall queso, two flautas à la carte (beef and chicken), and a taco on a flour tortilla. What we received--and were charged $72 for--was completely different: two chimichanga dinners, two flauta meals, and a taco on a corn tortilla. When my fiancé went back to fix it, the employee insisted the order was correct and that this is what I had asked for. He claimed he wrote it down but couldn't produce the paper, and only then mentioned they don't offer flautas à la carte--which was never told to me on the phone. The overall attitude came across as "we're right, the customer is wrong." To their credit, they did remove the extra charges, but it will take a few business days to process. Still, the situation could have been handled much better. Definitely double-check your order if you call it in.

I returned the food & asked to speak with a manage, but conveniently there wasn't a manger on site so I left my contact info. The manager (Nory) called a few hours later not to address my concern, but to insult my intelligence & palate by delivering a dissertation on how fish naturally smells and the oils it produces. And I quote, "you are the only customer who complained TODAY." The fish did not taste or smell fishy, it was SPOILED! What they failed to understand is that it only takes one customer to tell you your food is inedible for it to warrant attention. I wasn't looking for a lecture; I simply wanted a sincere apology and reassurance that my concern was being taken seriously. Instead, I was met with defensiveness and condescension. 0/10 I do NOT recommend!
