I've tried the Meatball sandwich, the French Dip, Italian Sub, and Turkey and Swiss. The Meatball Sandwich was a hit with my husband, he found it hearty and delicious. The French Dip had good flavor, a decent amount of meat and the perfect amount of Au Jus Dip. My kid enjoyed the Turkey and Swiss, it was simple but good. The Italian Sub was the most filling of them all. My only complaint is that the sandwiches are a bit on the small size, maybe i'm just used to Quiznos and Subway. The French Dip left me kinda hungry. If you have a hearty appetite you might need to order two and that would be kinda pricey for a one person meal. This place is definitely good if you need a quick bit to eat, aren't in the mood for dinner food which most restaurants in cloudcroft serve, and are looking for something lighter that won't drag you down while hiking or exploring our beautiful village. Oh and they have soft serve ice cream!

So be prepared to get there early and stand in line for some great BBQ. They have the menu outside while you are waiting so prepared to know what you want. As soon as you walk in you'll need to place your order. Once you place your order you are given a tray and you go down the line to be given your food. Once you get your food then you pay and can seat yourself. They have Dino ribs as big as your head that fall right off the bone! And the burnt ends are amazing! So juicy, tender and flavorful. It can be a little pricy but the quality and amount makes it worth it. Ambiance was cozy and felt like home. You can tell this is a local favorite!
