After creating our ads and submitting them for review, Hannah M. Perrota was assigned to our case and had questions for us regarding title, photos etc. After calling to get clarification and emailing the answers, we get told we have to change our listing category to a paid Classified ad. At this point it became clear that we were never going to get our ads listed because Hannah still had disputes with us such as the photos not being at the right angle, appearing old etc which were never disclosed to us at the time of the listing nor was there talk of new photos taken 2 months ago being a problem. The only problem was we had a membership that would enable us to make car listings for free, so Hemmings wasn't making any money upfront. Furthermore, this is not a one off experience as others have posted on here. Hemmings has been a known go-to source for car sellers and buyers as well as enthusiasts. However they have since changed and after listing parts with them now for months, we still have not see beyond a few phone calls and no sales being done through this platform.

But the icing on the cake is the upper management lack of consideration to communicate with there consigners. Trying to get my point across to the mioptic point of view with the managing editor and the woman now in charge of operations at Hemmings they decided to terminate me from participating? At 67 year's old I know a thing or two about classic car's especially growing up in Saginaw Michigan. Through all these years I have never stopped learning especially from my elders. THEY REALLY NEED TO ALLOW A ZERO STAR RATING!! A photo of my 1970 Challenger 1 of 74 that Hemmings condemned. SHAME ON THEM!!

I'm now in the process of discussing issues with FMCO and Lincoln. i purchased a ford warranty at purchase sure happy i did not purchase the other warranties they tried to push on me as they will charge you for them at purchase and make it extremely difficult to use. extended warranty ($3000) Charged diagnosis found nothing. scratch and dent ($700(was included) but refuse to let use Tire and Wheel ($3000) good luck with that undercoating ($700) (said they did it) but can't confirm. they love to roll them in on your loan but don't get caught trying to use them. previously gave a 2 and have another review in here so but cant access that account I bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC with 43k on it. I put 12k down and financed the rest vehicle price was 12k I added the Ford Extended warranty. I met with Alan on a Saturday as I was very interested once I came across vehicle online. I left a 500 dollar deposit as they weren't able to do a 12k wire transfer and I was responsible to get the payments I drove to Bank of America 3 hours away on Tuesday as Monday was Presidents' Day to withdraw the cash. In total I drove for 6 hours I arrived at dealership around 315. Finance guy Jeremy rushed me through paperwork and made his promises that he was giving me a deal his boss couldn't know about you know the tactics to add more on to loan. After I denied the additional extras. He ended up adding them on for free as they were running a promotion which I found out after they tried to sell me it. So I got the car that day took 7 days for plates everything went as normal I brought it in for service a week later because the sun roof and window switches weren't working the day after I brought I home they informed me it wasn't a quick fix and I'd need to drop it I set an appointment for 8am the following Thursday. I brought vehicle online Wednesday night to Drew in service, for my appointment at 8 am. The Lincoln comes with a location tracker when I checked the tracker at 12pm the following day the car still hadn't been brought into garage. I called agitated as I had an appointment for 8am. No rental was offered and I just bought vehicle. Drew informed me he had no excuse for delay and it would be on lift within the hour. Flash forward to 5pm and thy call telling em it needs to stay another night and day to be buttoned up. They did a transmission service and rear brake pads and calipers as it just left the dealership and hadn't bee inspected or gone through as Jeremey stated it had been. They didn't charge me for the work so that's why I gave a three but in all honesty the whole dealership operation was not ideal and not a great experience if Drew hadn't helped me out I would have gave a 1 we will see how future business with them goes as I may require more service. I will update review accordingly. After driving for another 1k noticed all four tires are dry rotted. Front breaks squealing not sure if undercoating they charged me extra for was applied.

    One of the mechanics hit my truck with the wrecker in the tiny back parking lot during its stay and…read moretried hiding it. see the damage until I got home.To this day has not taken responsibility nor made it right. I wouldn't be surprised if the owner(bud buell) hasn't heard of this accident happening . The only thing I am to blame for is not making a stink about it as soon as it happened And rather than leaving mad, staying right there and calling the owner of the to come figure this out. the mechanic who I suspected doing it, and also the guy who picked up the truck, said "that was like that when we picked it up". I was furious and unable to get anything out of my mouth other than "fuck you" , while looking him in the eyes, knowing damn well that we both know that is not the truth, and walked away. I was personally at the location it was picked up, then checked on the truck later in the afternoon to see where it was parked in the lot. later on that week, truck had gone into the shop had one part fixed, but needed another part to complete the repair so it was put back out into the lot while the part was a couple days out for delivery. The following day I returned to the lot of Southern Vermont Auto to get my clipboard for work out of my truck. Again seeing my truck for the third time undamaged. I didn't notice the damage until I saw the faces of my family members as I pulled in the driveway and walked around the passenger side. When I went to pick the truck up, I had already been informed on the amount owed so I went and paid $500 in cash for transmission cable repairs, got in my truck, entering it from the driver side and drove straight home 2 miles . I took pictures immediately after noticing all the damage which are within minutes of me getting a printed receipt and leaving the shop.. My truck was not simply dinged or ! It was consistently crushed in several inches in depth 12 inches wide and up to 24 inches wide from the front passenger wheel. Well all the way through my back tail light. Front to back. Absolutely scraped and crushed in both broke my handle, crushed my fender and crushed the back bed front to back $10,000 plus worth of damage minimum. I was so behind on my workload and so mind blown at the situation I let weeks and weeks pass not knowing how to handle the situation and also knowing I got screwed over and would never be compensated. My entire investment for the last five years completely destroyed practically in front of my eyes and they say that's how it was? Absolutely unfathomably ridiculous.
