My original request wast to see if we can cut the bench in half there by making more room to get in and out. They arrived at the time they said they would, they were literally here at the exact minute that was greed on. I was impressed with the timeliness. They came in and checked out the area. They suggested that we should maybe just take the whole bench out and after a little thought we agreed. Now the plan was to take out the bench and patch up the empty area with tile. They start taking the bench out and there were problems created from the previous contractor. Turns out our bench was never put in properly, like water proofing it. So there was mold found. We deal with that issue then we discover the dam in the shower is supposed to be made out of 2 x 6 and our former person only did it with 2 x 2's So now we need a new dam built. Another thing thing that happened was they accidentally killed a square section of grass. They put out a large sheet of rubber to use for the base of the shower on the grass in 100 degree heat. I took it off the grass hours later when I noticed it. The grass turned brown. Good new is the grass is turning green again and its all starting to look good The shower gets done and its time to put the doors back in. We have very large glass doors, like over 6 feet tall. Somehow one of them shattered. What a mess of glass we had. They took full responsibility for the broken door and got it replaced in a few days. Despite all the things that came up during the project they did a really good job for us. They even gave us some credit for the grass problem and the door breakage. They were conscientious, timely, and communicated appropriately about what was going on. I would highly recommend them.

In today's times when most people are out for themselves or just plain taking advantage of folks…read moreit's refreshing to meet people who are genuine in their professionalism, product of work, and care for others. I just decided to move to the high desert and become an adult that wanted to give it a try at home ownership. I'm single mother doing the best i can to provide for my children and give us all what i felt in I would have liked growing up. We all know that sometimes a single women is a good target to take advantage of but from the time i spoke with Jacqueline i knew God sent me an angel. From our first meeting i never once had a feeling that i was going to have a problem with the process of finding a flooring and being charged an arm and a leg. (13 yrs of my line of work I'm a pretty good people reader) Jackie took the time to help me find a floor that she says is not a customary pick of most people from the high desert ( blame my mom for that) but once the floor was found the work began. I was kept abreast on every aspect of work that need to be done. Jackie is the type of person who like to speak with you eye to eye so there is no misunderstanding of what is being said. I found out that my island wasn't secure to the floor the foundation needed some TLC and the cabinets were seating on tile that has previously been layed. I wanted to cry because i saved up money but not enough for all the things that can come to light. Thankfully, all issues were taken care of within the company, her husband David is a mircale worker. The walk through and guidance of base boards and grout to pick out was trully appericated. I HATE TO SHOP, if it was up to me jackie could have picked everything, but with her patience she was able to get me to see things in another light. I can't express enough how gracious she was to me. By the end of the job I was in tears and overwhelmed with the sincerity and kindness affored to me by this company. I honestly don't feel i was taken advantage of or misguided. I will forever use A&A flooring for any upcoming work, which is a lot. I truly love my floors and the people i met. You want outstanding work with no stress give Mrs. Jacqueline a call you won't regret it; and if you regret it it's your fault ; )

Based on Yelp reviews, I called this company for an estimate and inquired if they did tile repair. Jacqueline assisted me with setting up an appointment time (the very next day, by the way). She was empathetic, helpful, soft spoken and professional. David arrived on time and was very helpful in determining what work needed to be done to complete the repair. We set a date for repair and David and Louis arrived as scheduled and on time. They protected my entire kitchen area with plastic and began the work. Louis is very skilled and prepped the floor as needed. He was also pleasant and helpful and explained the repair process to us. Even though I knew the name/color of the original grout, David still brought a sample book just to be sure it was correct. It's about the quality of work - and who wants to get it wrong? Once the floor was prepped and the replacement tile installed, he said he would return in a few hours in order for everything to dry before he grouted the area. Both Louis and David returned in a few hours, as promised and completed the job. If you were not aware of where the repair originated on my kitchen floor, I challenge you to find the repair area. It's that good. David has an impeccable work ethic. If you are searching for a professional for tile repair, look no further. I would not hesitate to use and recommend A & A Flooring Specialist for all of your flooring needs. I'm only disappointed that I did not choose A & A Flooring when my original tile floor was installed - but now I know. Another easy feature is they emailed an invoice to me where I had the option of paying the invoice using a secure link they provided. They also accept checks if you prefer that option as well.

First I dealt with Matthew who was the project manager and completely dropped the ball on this project. A month after installation my floors started lifting and he tried to tell me it was a plumbing issue & a leak in the floor and it wasn't a floor failure. Had a plumbing inspection done and turns out there was no leak. Reached back out and he never got back to me through text or call, so I wrote an email. Then I get a text from Walter who said he's the owner and knew nothing about the project but saw there were issues & informed me Matthew no longer worked for the company. He was very on top of it, came in to look at the damages, paid me back for the plumbers to come out, told me he would make it right & fix the floors. Scheduled the floor repairs for August 9-11, tried getting ahold of him the week before he was supposed to come in. Phone is off, and never showed up to fix the floors. Even emailed the email on his business card and nothing. Completely unprofessional especially when he was so on top of it to make it right to just ghost me and never show up or even contact me.
