They had fans and heaters to address the moisture and pulled carpet back to reduce any mold possibilities. He checked on the basement every day for over a week. Then, they came back in and replaced some of the padding and put the carpet back in place. Kyle was an outstanding communicator and kept me informed all along the process. What a great company. Patrick the tech that came out couldn't have been more professional and meticulously clean. He suggested I add the rug protector as liquids and stains come right up, don't damage the rugs and kept them cleaner. My rugs all look like new, were deodorized and left smelling really fresh. Who ever laid my carpet was horrible but "Brian" was able to get all the "wrinkles" and uneven edges back to a great status.
