Needed to replace it, and Kirk did a great job at a great price. Next, we added a split unit to heat/cool our two upstairs bedrooms. Install was reasonable and it worked well - until it didn't. The business changed owners a few years back, and it's been a struggle to keep the split units working. After some time, Jake came through and fixed our split unit, even adding a surge protector for free. I'm hoping things go smoothly from here. Be aware that surge protection is important on the mountain with all the unplanned outages we face.

Installation was fine, until the next few days, the AC unit started blowing hot air. This happened several times, Logan and his team had to come, each time to "fix" the unit. Once it was fixed, he commented that the venting upstairs wasn't very good and he'd come back to look into it. Messages later, and he didn't come back to look. Fast forward a couple of months, and we sprung a leak downstairs, come to find, the same unit has a puddle of water under it (located upstairs). He came out the next day and blew air through condensation line and said it should do the trick. Two weeks later, we have two leaks flooding the down stairs. His team came out and "fixed" the problem. We ended up hiring an outside company to intervene to prevent anymore flooding. Btw, his team came up with a plan to reroute the condensation lines, but we never heard back from them to schedule a day or time. Just crickets. Fast forward another week, and the upstairs unit is blowing hot air, it's over 100f outside. Messages left (on the weekend-they're closed). I called the manufacturer, and they will only work with the licensed contractor, so we're back to leaving messages or hire another company again- this is ridiculous. Keep in mind, these units were installed April 2026 and it's July 2026. $30k+ later, I'd hoped we'd receive reliable equipment and service, but it's been a let down thus far. -Angry pregnant customer

Since we didn't have those items at the time of installation and due to the storm, Jack returned on Monday, March 16 to finish setting everything up. We were told we'd have to wait three weeks, but that was better than other places quoted. We have a fireplace, and it was beginning of November, were fine until then. The very nice scheduler said they'd put us on a list in case there was a chance to fit us in sooner. Luckily just that thing happened two weeks out. The repair man showed up on time, and was very clean, friendly, and professional. He asked thorough questions and assess the situation fully. He finds have time us we needed a new heater, but he was very honest. He did a couple of tests to be sure and found that we only needed a new thermostat. He answered all of our questions in detail and in ways that we could understand. He offered to install thermostat for free if we ordered through him. Otherwise, he said it was so very simple to do we can do ourselves, and he even showed us how and sent us detailed explanation on how to do it with one we would go buy ourselves. He offered advice on thermostat types and brands. Definitely will use again!

He got lost, although he lives on the mountain, was routinely rude to my mom on the phone and in person once he arrived. She's trying her best, and address shows correctly with exact accuracy on Google Maps. He spoke very kindly with me and then was very condescending to my mom. Therefore I cancelled him immediately and she broke down in TEARS to me after he left, talking about how he made her feel belittled and reprimanded her that she "needs to learn how to give directions". Maybe he needs to learn how to use Google instead! Maybe he needs a lesson in patience and understanding.... in common decency, respect and basic customer service.
