We stopped in after our son's college graduation for an impromptu celebration, since the ceremony ended early in the day. We had a small group with us and hadn't made any reservations, but I asked if it might be possible to get a party room. The staff was incredibly accommodating--they gave us a private room with our own server, and the manager even took the time to come over and personally congratulate our new graduate. Not to mention the steak I had was really good, another pleasant surprise. Our unplanned pre-party turned out to be a huge success, and everyone had a fantastic time. Absolutely horrible. Went there for a friend's birthday. We all ordered drinks .... DISGUSTING. I ordered chicken tenders and let me just say I was in the bathroom twice within 15 minutes of eating. Also had to stop twice on the way home to throw up. Continued throwing up once I got home. My original drink was disgusting I told the waitress to bring me a coke instead. My friend and I ate here on August 31, 2024. The food was good, and thankfully, we had a very honest waitress who told us what food was good and what we should avoid getting. The place has changed its interior since we last visited, but the changes didn't significantly impact the appeal of the inside. The one downside was the gaming experience for my friend and me. We were done playing after 30 minutes. We weren't too impressed with the selection of games. The size of the game room is small compared to other Dave and Buster's I've been to. They cap the tickets to 1500, after that it says "No tickets awarded, that was just for fun." My fault, I should have read everything better. I have went to this exact location many times over the past few years, it has always been the same. Wait 35 or so minutes for a table sit, try to understand the waitress but struggle due to the loud music blasting over the speakers. wait even more for drinks and food. You eventually get the food but everything is super expensive! Almost 20 bucks for nachos??? Food was somewhat cold but he waitress was chill and kind. Gave her my card to pay and she came back around 12 minutes laster. Played a few games, too many little kids running around. Nobody bothers to say excuse me when they try to get past you. I had a bunch of tickets from previous visits so I bought a few things, a stuffed animal and a few smaller things like a mug and a few candies. We had come for the first time for my grandsons birthday, him and his friends had a blast. For his party they had French fries, cheese burgers and noodles. Soda, pink lemonade, and water. Family-friendly chain offering a sports-bar-style setting for American food & arcade games. While you play some games you earn tickets on your card, so you can redeem them for prizes at the end. If you don't use all your points, keep your card, money and points don't retire. Bathrooms were dirty, smelt, and some stalls had no toilet paper, and there was a per all over the bathroom floors. You walk out the bathroom and there's employees just hanging out. Lost a star for the bathroom and one for the price of the food and the prices. read more

Holiday break and we HAD to go to D & B! We love the half price games on Wednesdays. The food is *usually* really good, but this time the tomatoes on my salad were mushy, the Mac and cheese tasted funny, and my husbands wings didn't come out with the rub on it as he ordered. Our poor waitress had like 12 large tables and was pulled in all directions. It looked like they were short handed and the host station just kept seating. Next time we're in town we will still come for the games but will probably choose somewhere else to eat. read more

Went on a Saturday so OF COURSE it was crazy busy. Upon entering, the older lady who helped us was soooo wonderful. Guided us through the whole process and made recommendations. The game area was fine. There wasn't much wait for anything considering the mass of people. Most of the games were in working order so we didn't ever have to call an attendant. All in all, the game area was a great experience. Then we got hungry and that's where it all went to garbage. We had a host seat us at a table and no one helped us for a good 10 minutes. I flagged someone down & she said her server was on break. So why sit us there? The server eventually came, took our order, and then we sat & waited... AGAIN. They have recently remodeled this location and it's so much nicer. We sat at a high top in the bar area and it was very comfortable. We suited on a Saturday afternoon while the NFL playoffs were being played and the place was incredibly crowded. Thank god we had reservations because the wait time was over an hour. It took us almost 2 hours to eat between appetizers, main course and dessert. We ordered the boneless wings tossed in mild sauce. They were very tasty with a nice kick to them. We both ordered the bacon cheeseburger which was huge with 9 pieces of bacon each. Both were cooked perfectly and we opted for the truffle fries which I recommend over plain fries. Her cousin ordered a Hawaiian chicken sandwich which he devoured and loved. For dessert he ordered the strawberry shortcake which we all enjoyed. My parents credit card number got stolen after they paid for a meal for their grandkids at this location. They currently have police report and fraud investigators looking into it. Here it's been since August, the waitress they had at that time. Has been using their card religiously for the last 6 months, totaling more than a grand. So beware do not pay with debit or credit card unless you want your information stolen. And you're paying bills for stuff you did not purchase!!! read more

Well, I never ate at this place and my wife wanted to try it so we came and it has been newly refurbished with a really nice big bar and there's definitely a lot of TVs in this place and really really big ones. So anyway, I ended up ordering the 14 ounce ribeye the garlic, mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.. it rare, and when it came out, it looked awesome and to my surprise it was cooked absolutely perfect, barely cooked. lol very juicy very tasty very tender and the mashed potatoes were awesome and the asparagus was grilled perfectly with a lot of butter on them. yummy yummy yummy! Our waitress was Carrie. She was very nice very knowledgeable. I asked her a question about something and she knew everything about it. That was wonderful! She was very helpful. But unfortunately, the steak was so good that I know I will never probably get anything else when I come back... my wife had the voodoo pasta, which is kind of a spicy dish, but she loves spicy and I tried to chicken that was on top and that was really really good. It had a little bit of heat the dish, but I could've actually handled it very flavorful and she rated hers at 10 but after trying hers and having mine that means, I would have to give mine 11. Slow service. Drinks and food take way too long to come out. My Steak was burnt, couldn't eat it. My friends burger was burnt. My other friends salmon was dry, greens beans hard and the rice was nasty, he couldn't eat it. To the table behind us, the customer was also complaining about his food and sent it back. Rating this purely from a games perspective as an adult, we didn't have any of the food or drinks. Place was clean, staff was welcoming. Games here are too skewed towards kids, which is fine, but I wasn't expecting that. Previously, I've been to the Dave and Busters in Philly and in Manhattan, which both feature more games in a wider variety of styles. We picked this location as a mid-point for a few adults to hang figuring it'd be similar to the D&B's in those bigger cities. At its core, it's the same experience, and we still had fun, but we were struggling to even fill an hour here. I don't remember struggling to fill time at those other D&Bs. If I'd brought kids, they'd likely love it, and in that context it's probably a 4 or 5 star experience. read more

A week later, my anger subsided. So I'm going back to up the score a bit. I still think the water thing is unreasonable, but it is not the store's fault, it's D&B corporate's fault. As I did say in the original review, they are just doing their job, so I'm not going to fault them for that. Also on Thursday 4/27/2023, the store went above and beyond, the techs there (shout out to tech Miguel, Von, and GM Andrew) did major maintenance on the DDR machine. Both P1 and P2's arrow panels have been cleaned, vacuumed, and tuned, and are sufficiently sensitive and are suitable for high scoring through Single level 16 (and Double, by extension). They also listened to the DDR community and upped the machine volume, and are looking into a few more things. I want you guys to know that I and many others who play here truly appreciate it. Most people don't realize the amount of work that goes into maintaining these machines, and as someone who actually traveled around and went to many other D&Bs (which btw, just as an example, the D&B in Nashville do have a water dispenser out with cups on Wednesday night for people to self serve ;) ), I can say that not many DDR pads are well maintained, and this D&B does a good job at doing it. Keeping the last star for when dispensers are there. This will be my last review (although I will edit it to change to 5 stars if that ever happens). I wanted to just update the original review instead of writing a 2nd one but I wrote over the character limit so you get a second review I guess lol read more

Going to Dave and Buster's is like going to Chuck E Cheese for grownups. I love the allure of spending lots of money on silly games to win even sillier prizes. I was quite excited to find out one was opening closer to where I live. I was not disappointed I always have a super fun and nostalgic time at Dave and Busters. The only downside is that it will cost you a pretty penny or two to spend an evening here between dinner, drinks, and game play. The good news they offer plenty of specials, for example wednesday is 1/2 price day in the arcade. The one complaint I have is this is a smaller location so they don't have things like pool tables or bowling at this location. They also have a few less games that other locations, Monster Drop and Trapdoor where are you. They are also newly opened so some of that stuff may be coming in the future. It is also really, really bright in there. A bit too visually stimulating! After a while, you start seeing spots. The food was fine, nothing special, kind of like a TGI Fridays or a Chili's. Overall I love Dave & Buster's! I always feel like I leave here every time knowing that I had a really good and fun time. Now don't get me wrong, sometimes I feel like my pockets are emptied out too but oh man some of the games here are just really addicting. read more

This place is great! Both my 4 year old and one year love it! Me and my husband like to play some games too. The 4 year can do most of the games and the 1 year old just likes running around, hitting buttons. There is a lot of lights and sounds so it os a fun vibe. Which sets it apart from chuck e cheese. Its more pricey tho and has the same games as Chuck e cheese. Wednesdays is half price games so that helps. Def recommend for kiddos. read more

Went to Dave and Busters in Whitehall on Friday night between Christmas and New Years as a treat for my niece and nephews. Had a horrible and slow experience. Our waitress was absent for most of the night. She took our drink order and about 25 mins later returned with the drinks and took our food order. The food was delivered by a kitchen runner and was cold and meh. Our waitress never returned for drink refills or to check on our meals. After eating, I had to track her down to get our bill. I was paying with gift cards and gave her the card information. She never brought back a receipt, card balance or credit slip for tip. Dinner took well over two hours for a simply meal of mostly burgers. The restaurant was obviously understaffed and mismanaged as the front of the house/ hostess area seemed to have more staff than the dining area. Won't be returning anytime soon. read more

We were seated pretty quickly for a large party but as we were seated the hostess dropped one of the utensil sets and she picked it up and was going to give it to one of us. It took a bit for our waitress to come get our order and then it's took over 30 minutes to get our drinks for them to be weighed out of what we ordered or wrong. I visited this location for my nephews birthday and it had just the right amount of people I would say. The inside is very nice actually probably the nicest I've ever seen. They had social distancing set in place for the games and also gloves and hand sanitizers placed at different area of the establishment however I'm not sure that I saw anyone doing frequent cleans of the games besides the virtual reality station. I had nachos and a drink from the bar and the nachos were delicious but the drink taste pretty watered down.
