We change the lightbulb and it would last a week or two and then go out so thinking we needed to replace the whole thing we were going to have a repairman come out, but she happened to ask me if we used a regular lightbulb or a LED bulb and I said I wasn't sure I would have to go check, but I thought it was an LED cause she said those don't always work too well and could give a person problems so she suggested I checked that first and changed to a regular lightbulb first before even setting up an appointment we did change it and just as she said the problem stopped and it was all good. We were very appreciative that she was so honest and could've just sold us a new garage door opener at hundreds of dollars we definitely will call them in the future when we do have an issue or need to replace our garage door or door openers as I can see they are a very honest and helpful business.

The employee reasured me his company would be okay with his behavior to go ahead and call the company phone listed on the pick-up truck. Which signifies either the owner doesn't take accountability for his employees or he has no clue what's going on with his employees. For after a couple of days of heaving the heavy wood door up and down after the opener broke, I figured it was either that or give up my membership to my gym! I called All Garage Services and Danny was great on the phone. He actually was ready to come out right when I called but I was waiting to see if my regular guy really had broken his arm or if it was just a false alarm. When I heard that he really was out of commission- I called Danny back and within an hour his crew was at my house fixing the problem. And instead of replacing the whole thing with a new $500 opener which had been suggested to my by yet another vendor- he said that he could just replace the gear and adjust the tension. Really? But the kicker for me was when he said he would do a free tune up with in two years And that this new gear had a 4 year warranty. And all this for the low, low price of $165. Sold! said I. They even looked at and tuned up the other garage door that I thought was working fine just to make sure it was functioning properly. So now the doors go up and down just as they are supposed to do . . . and without me having to flag by a passerby to help me lift the heavy doors. This is a family owned business that has 24/7 emergency service as well as they sell and install new doors, garage openers and even build garages! Unfortunately, he stopped communications with us. It has been over 6 weeks since I have heard from Daniel. No returned calls, texts or emails.
