I called no less than 5-6 times trying to understand why it was so expensive. I was finally given a discount, but some of the work needed to be redone. Again a technician came out promptly to do the work, but it took longer than expected for him to make the repairs. And again, there was an issue with the billing- they wanted me to pay almost $200 more to fix what was initially done. I couldn't believe it. I was told that there wouldn't be any additional charges, as they were fixing what was initially done! And then the owner got involved and he didn't listen to me and was quite rude! I would not recommend that anyone use this company- not because they do bad work, but because their charges are ridiculous and their ability to explain the charges and listen to their customers isn't good. And for the owner to be so insensitive is not acceptable!
