Toppings - Paneer, tomatoes, onions, green peppers.

Ordered the large deep dish 4 topping special, came with a drink and two dips. Toppings - Paneer, tomatoes, onions, green peppers. Dips - Garlic and a south-west type. Was fairly satisfied with the pizza. You can taste the quality of the cheese and the toppings. The paneer was surprisingly well flavored pretty much the highlight of the pizza. The crust is not the Chicago deep dish variant, not sure if you can consider it deep dish, it was meh gets the job done. The dipping sauce for a non-franchise store was really good. Usually similar locations give you salad dressing but in this case, they were rich and compliments the pizza well. Overall would recommend the pizza, especially for vegetarians. Worth the price. Would give it a 4/5 but had some minor annoyances. The debit machine did not work even after 3 attempts, best to have cash on hand. When I went there were no menus showing whats available to order or the topping list. Next day realized they have a site in which they have 22 toppings to select from. I was told about 7 by the staff -_-, then again whos going to remember all 22. 3.5 / 5 Check toppings here : https://www.dattapizzadaaa.com/?product=pan-pizza

Start your review...I had a hankering for quick, satisfying, risk free food. So I asked my friend what was what, and they replied "Datta Pizza Daaa". I had no idea what the name meant, but I dove in on good authority. Datta Pizza is a small pizza shop along Middlefield Road in Scarborough. This is purely a takeout spot, so you'll be in and out. Word to the wise though, call ahead, because apparently these pies take a fair amount of time to bake. The draw to this restaurant is that it's a purely vegetarian pizzeria. No meat in sight, which I imagine is great for true vegetarians. When it came to the pizza, I ordered a red pie with mushrooms, black olives, sundried tomatoes, garlic, and mango. Sow how was it? Unfortunately it was overhyped. (Probably because it was a suggestion from vegetarians who were starved for pizza options.) The crust and overall pie dough were not particularly note worthy, and the marinara was OK for fast food. The best part of the pizza was certainly the toppings, especially the sundried tomatoes' sharp sweetness, and the uniqueness of the mango. The best part of the entire meal was definitely their spicy poutine. One of my pet peeves is going to an American restaurant, ordering something labelled "spicy", and having my mouth feel slightly warm at best. God bless ethnic restaurants for not playing with my emotions and giving me genuine spice. If I'm not uncomfortable from the heat, it's not spicy. Their non-traditional poutine is served with thick cut fries, gravy, cheese, and things like red onions, jalapeño peppers, and red pepper to make the dish unique. All in all, I think Datta Pizza is a cool choice for vegetarians looking to try something new. I personally won't be heading back because the pizza isn't calling me, and poutine alone isn't enough.

    vege poutinee with cheese curds

Came here for the Vege poutinee. Really good portion size and taste. Good vege option :) this is my second time getting it and its always so good!

7 curries and a dessert! (2 rice orders)

Being a vegetarian, this is my go to spot! They have really good Sri Lankan food! You can get a big box of rice, with 6 curries of your choice, rasam, a dessert, and side appetizers all for just under $8!!!! It will fill 2-3 people! They have more than 15 curries to choose from DAILY; however, the wait time is the worst on certain days like Fridays as well as the weekends. Delicious food, friendly staff, and they even have a pizza place nearby! They have really good appetizers and other dinner items as well such as kothurothi, and pittu.

Love the taste of the poutine. The dairy free cheese tastes pretty good. The use of fresh toppings makes it all pop.

It's a small hole in the wall kind of store selling Hyderabad specialities. We decided to try chicken Biriyani here along with Tandoori masala. Both the dishes were pretty bland and felt completely flavorless. I also found lot of people queuing up for hot chai while they ordered their dinner/ lunch from nearby. We also tried that hot chai and it was the best. May be chai is one of the few reasons this restaurant manages to get customers inside its doors amongst heavy competition.

The rice to meat ratio is wild! I was actually missing some rice haha for the first time, I wish there was more rice because they are very generous with meat portions Haryali Chicken - I thought this was a BBQ dish but it was a gravy dish which was well made. The flavour notes were mint, cilantro and cream. So great! I've never had Haryali Chicken in a gravy style dish. Mutton Haleem - we liked this as well. It's not as stringy as some other places. You can definitely taste the mutton flavour here! Naan - can't go wrong with naan! It's super fresh, fluffyyyy and hot! While we waited for our order, I chatted briefly with the owner. He was really nice. He even offered us some Irani Chai, a welcome treat in the cold winter. We waited outside while drinking hot chai sweetened with condense milk (yum!!). He didn't let us pay for the chai which was a very kind gesture! COVID: Masks on for guests and staff are being a glass/plastic barrier, no masks on staff.

You can get place a large samosa order the same day. - This eatery is on DoorDash, Skip the Dishes, and Uber Eats. On Saturday, I dropped by Samosa Fusion to check out its all-day buffet. We were a fairly large group of twelve hungry folks wanting a brunch feast! Staff were busy getting all hot foods to the buffet, so we had to wait a while before we could dive in. Staff were extremely hard-working. There were a few details that could use some improvement. We didn't get any water while we waited for the food to be set up at the buffet. I was getting thirsty and asked for water. I got a glass and the owner apologized. We then got pitchers of water throughout our meal, which was much needed! The buffet has a lot of good eats. It's decently priced for what you get. The carvery had tandoori chicken stuff with biryani. It also had devilled eggs and what looked like chicken stuffed with greens that I never got around to trying. I went for the curries: - Goat - Butter chicken - Aloo matar - Chana masala The last three were fantastic. They were flavourful and yummy. The goat was tender, but it was extremely gamey. I got biryani and veggie chow mein. The former was an excellent base for the curries. The latter was a nice change-up option. The chow mein was delicious. I got cucumber and tomato slices. They were refreshing. There were also sliced carrots and more in a tray. I ended up getting one of the passion salad bowls. The potatoes, peas, pineapple chunks, green beans, and more were so good. I wish that the buffet had more fruit. Pineapple was the only fruit in the salad and in the pineapple raita. The latter was nice, but the pineapple chunks were small. I am a fruit person, so it may have been fine for someone who isn't as enthusiastic about fruit as I am. I got a samosa. It was huge! It was stuffed with a lot of potatoes. I enjoyed it. As an aside, HK Garden next door and Samosa Fusion are owned by the same folks. The same samosas are available at both locations. If you need samosas for a catering event, staff can do it the same day. I asked whether they needed a day's notice. Nope, they made 500 for hungry Home Depot employees in a couple of hours or so. Wow! We also got naan. It was hot and perfect with the curries. There were a couple of dessert items. I am always a fan of pudding. The bread butter pudding was superb. The chopped almonds provided a nice contrast to the yummy pudding. I am fortunate to not have any nut allergies. However, a note about nuts would be helpful to those with severe nut allergies. I did appreciate that staff labelled the names of everything at the buffet. It's located in a fairly busy plaza. On a Saturday afternoon, I got a parking spot fairly close to the restaurant. This eatery is on Skip the Dishes, Uber Eats, and DoorDash. It's good to know. I had a good time here with friends. I'd return for more good eats. (122)

The delicious flavours of the food had us all more than satisfied. The menu at this place is huge, with tons of choices and options. It took us a while to decide on what to order. There was some confusion when the food arrived because we couldn't remember what we ordered and we didn't know what the dishes are supposed to look like but we eventually got it all sorted out. Oh well! Samosa World is actually in the food court, and I think the Google Maps hours might be off since they seem to open closer to noon. During these high-inflation times, their prices are a steal! Samosas are 2-3 for $1, and rolls are $1 each. While the meat samosas do have a lot of potato in the filling, I really can't complain at this price point. Everything had a nice slight spicy kick to it. I'll definitely be stopping by again!
