Unlike any of the other Chase Banks there was no one to assist with your banking needs. A teller who tried to be helpful asked me what was needed and I told her it was for new accounts. Banker Tryce Kennedy yelled from a back room "Grab a seat and wait" I ask who long to the teller and Kennedy yelled again. " I don't know" Amazing how this bank put so much into advertisement and then allow workers like this to deal with it customers. I took my business elsewhere, Stay Away!!!

Two separate customers were being assisted at desks to my left and one customer at the in front of me. After a few more minutes a manager came up to help the employee trying to help the guest in front of me. Just then I noticed two other employees discussing lunch plans. They exited just a few minutes later. After 15 minutes I walked out. No one ever greeted me. I get it that they are busy but one of the first things that is taught in customer service training is the acknowledgement of clients. Time to look for another financial organization.
