Refused to provide a quote over the phone…read more We expedited the shipment of our storage media to them, then after they had our drive, they gave us a ridiculous price. After we requested to have our drive back, they stalled and got very bureaucratic. It took 12 days get our drive back. They kept coming up with excuses and promised, but just would not send the drive back to us. I felt like I was dealing with extortionists. I would never recommend them. Stay away.

I initiated my case on their website, got a quote back quickly with instructions on where to drop off my drives. I interfaced with several different folks, and they were all pleasant and helpful. While the service can be expensive, you only have to pay if they successfully recover your data. I had potentially lost twenty years of family documents and photos so this was a life saver!

I was looking for a touchscreen laptop for work and decided to call the store directly, and the…read moreattendant told me of three products in stock with brief descriptions and prices. I thought about it for a few hours and decided to head in myself to check it out and I always trust salesman when they ask specific questions and really listen; the gentleman behind the counter said that for my needs an upgrade for memory was not necessarily the best bet and as is would be fine. I was taking aback by his direct and honest opinion. I love the direct customer service as opposed to big box stores and with the 90 day warranty I don't think I could go wrong. I opted for an external CD ROM reader and external mouse and everything came to more than half of what I would have spent for a new machine. I brought it home. Everything was in perfect working order and I am 100% satisfied. When he asked if I was an existing customer when he rang me up at the register I said yes for like 100 years and he said we have not been in business for 100 years and I said OK well then maybe 50 he says how about 35. Very friendly and professional exchange highly recommend if you're in the market for a used desktop or laptop. These are your guys! Five out of five highly recommend will return.

Communication and customer service was terrible. Mike never answered his phone or returned my calls. When he did, he told me my project wasn't a priority and basically didn't care. I contacted him originally to support a local business but I advise you to not use them. Terrible experience.
