Previously had an ok experience with Chad for a shower and window but getting responses always hard and requires a great deal of follow ups to get a response. Funny how you have time to respond to a Yelp review but not a customer trying to order. I found another supplier - came to measure up the same day and it's getting installed early next week. That's what any customer should expect and you won't get it from Chad - trust me on this or take the risk - your choice.

It was 24-hour turnaround for a quote and after I signed it was about 2 weeks out from time I signed to install (most of which was due to material needing to be delivered). Todd and Garrett did my install today and showed up exactly when they said they would and were polite and did such an excellent job. I highly recommend! George from Nielsen came out and gave me a bid under $500 to replace the wheels in the bottom of the door that had long ago lost their ball bearings. Todd and Garrett came out same day and identified which wheels were needed and returned 2 days later for the install...there is absolutely no difference in how they fixed it and a brand new door! I am beside myself...I can move it with 1 finger...a far cry from where I was with my cranky, miserable slider. Todd and Garrett are friendly, informative and respected my home. We had to have the entire frame removed and redone by a reputable carpenter. The vanity cabinet is poor quality and the latches on the doors, which are not even, do not function so that the doors cannot be opened. The owner showed up multiple times without calling but worst of all, he was extremely disrespectful to his Latino assistant.
