I tried a few glass shops and no one had any technician available for weeks. I called Dotto Glass and the owner Keith just happened to answer my call. I explained my situation and he said he would personally help us out because he had no one else. So he came to inspect the problem which needed a creative "work around" to make the door handle functional without a big expense and to get it ready for 2 days from now. He completed the solution and now we are ready to go. He was so helpful, so friendly and the service was beyond generous as I am sure that he does not usually do service calls. Todd and Garrett came out same day and identified which wheels were needed and returned 2 days later for the install...there is absolutely no difference in how they fixed it and a brand new door! I am beside myself...I can move it with 1 finger...a far cry from where I was with my cranky, miserable slider. Todd and Garrett are friendly, informative and respected my home. When i compared the estimates side by side, The Glass Shop was slightly more, but i noticed they used thicker glass and more hardware to than others.
