George from Nielsen came out and gave me a bid under $500 to replace the wheels in the bottom of the door that had long ago lost their ball bearings. Todd and Garrett came out same day and identified which wheels were needed and returned 2 days later for the install...there is absolutely no difference in how they fixed it and a brand new door! I am beside myself...I can move it with 1 finger...a far cry from where I was with my cranky, miserable slider. Todd and Garrett are friendly, informative and respected my home.
