The ranch is aimed at hunters, but is also multi-use for weddings, conferences, family reunions and such. Even for just a weekend getaway, or during the week getaway the 4-D Guest Ranch is awesome. What is so awesome about this place is that they have many exotic species of animals on the land, and for someone like me who enjoys taking photographs it was a pretty sweet experience. Paul and Ronnie took me out to go shoot some pictures on two separate occasions and we spent a couple of hours just driving and looking at all the different animals, some that are native to Africa! I got a lot of great shots and was very happy with how nice and informative they were. Last but certainly not least is the food, it was extremely delicious. Chef Dustin, who I found out is only about three weeks in at the ranch, cooks up some amazing food. He, and Paul and Ronnie who took care of the breakfast I believe, catered to some dietary restrictions we had without hesitation. I will definitely be staying here again, 5 star experience all around and the price wasn't bad at all either. If I had to constructively criticize something it would be the website, it just needs to be a little more informative IMO, would like to see rates, activities, and more photos (I'll add a few on here).

This property has 4 yurts & I opted to stay in The Nest. The space was welcoming & cozy; it felt like a warm hug in nature (I'm originally from the woods & lakes of northern Minnesota so that's huuuge compliment). I enjoyed my stay & especially loved the complimentary loose leaf tea options & snacks, as well as the spacious stand alone bathtub and skylight domes above my bed & the shower -- see my pics! There was much more this entire property offered, but while there, this stay was for solitude and rest. I highly recommend The Reserve at Greenleaf for the wonderfully unique experience! They make sure everyone has everything they need and feel right at home, while giving groups their space to have a great time. I always come with a scrapbooking group and the craft set-up here is THE BEST: Leather chairs, cup holders, 5ft individual tables, individual lamps, TV and DVDs in craft room, WiFi and stereos in craft rooms! The house is so cute and has great small town charm. They have it decorated so wonderfully and quaint. The group dining area is separate and really nice. They always serve the food right to you, get your drinks, have the table set, cater the DELICIOUS food - they always go the extra mile. If you forget your wine, that's okay! They've thought of it and if you leave a few dollars in the dining room you can have any bottle you choose. They have so many snacks, water, soft drinks etc for everyone to get at any time. Like I said the food here is amazing. I can't stress enough how much of a welcome change this is from other craft retreats I've been to. Also, they bring in awesome masseurs! They have a separate house that smells of cedar and is private and lovely for the massages - cash only for this service though, so don't forget to stop at an ATM on the way in. The bedrooms have a few beds in each room, pillow top mattresses that are quite comfortable. There are train tracks nearby so there is sometimes noise at night, but they have earplugs if that were to bother you (I never hear them). The owners are super friendly and will sometimes invite us out to fires to chat if we need a break from crafting - totally optional but I suggest it because they are really great. All towels and linens provided and great customer service. I've been coming here for 8 years and it's still my favorite spot!
