The neighboring rooster was crowing early but otherwise it was a quiet stay. Each of the four units has its own outdoor space which is a prime area to stargaze at night. Communication was clear and informative leading up to the stay. The property is a short two minute drive to the main Round Top spots so it's very convenient. The interior was decorated with care and all of the pieces chosen are elegant and beautiful. Paige and Smoot, the owners, were also incredibly helpful and accommodating; they helped us arrange a special champagne toast welcome and made sure every detail was accounted for. Boho is minutes away from Henkel Square and tons of shopping spots. We really enjoyed our two night stay and I highly recommend The Vintage Round Top for a family getaway or your next girls' trip!

They make sure everyone has everything they need and feel right at home, while giving groups their space to have a great time. I always come with a scrapbooking group and the craft set-up here is THE BEST: Leather chairs, cup holders, 5ft individual tables, individual lamps, TV and DVDs in craft room, WiFi and stereos in craft rooms! The house is so cute and has great small town charm. They have it decorated so wonderfully and quaint. The group dining area is separate and really nice. They always serve the food right to you, get your drinks, have the table set, cater the DELICIOUS food - they always go the extra mile. If you forget your wine, that's okay! They've thought of it and if you leave a few dollars in the dining room you can have any bottle you choose. They have so many snacks, water, soft drinks etc for everyone to get at any time. Like I said the food here is amazing. I can't stress enough how much of a welcome change this is from other craft retreats I've been to. Also, they bring in awesome masseurs! They have a separate house that smells of cedar and is private and lovely for the massages - cash only for this service though, so don't forget to stop at an ATM on the way in. The bedrooms have a few beds in each room, pillow top mattresses that are quite comfortable. There are train tracks nearby so there is sometimes noise at night, but they have earplugs if that were to bother you (I never hear them). The owners are super friendly and will sometimes invite us out to fires to chat if we need a break from crafting - totally optional but I suggest it because they are really great. All towels and linens provided and great customer service. I've been coming here for 8 years and it's still my favorite spot!

They offered fire pits and hot tubs that were great We loved: Complimentary hot tea and coffee. Refrigerators in the rooms and glassware/cups for your own bevies. They offer games (if you're into a little cards or something with the ladies) and music throughout the property (ends at 10pm). Very comfortable beds and pillows with daily room cleaning and fresh towels. Pro tips: You could bring stuff to cook breakfast and use the full kitchen in the main house. There aren't many breakfast options in Round Top. You can also book the chef ahead of time to cook for you! Some rooms don't have very good coverings in the windows so if privacy is important, try room 7! Great location and private. Very quiet! We never heard a thing from any other guests. There are no hangers, so if you have something to hang bring some to use with the coat hooks they provide.
