I ride the bus every so often and there is a bus driver by the name of B. Saunders who is very very rude. she operates the 239 out of the Addison Transit center. I have reported her multiple times and Dart does not care how its drivers treats its customers. I have seen her leave people in wheelchairs to fend for themselves instead of offering assistance. Dart does nothing to ensure the safety or customer service of it's passengers!

THE worst online booking system I could ever imagine!! I'm just trying to book a train ride from Dallas to Fort Worth OMGosh!! I put in the date, time and originating station (which you have to look up separately) to the destination station. It eliminates the date/time and just shows the next train. Every tab - the same thing. Use chat -cool! NOT cool. I type in the box...have to select a language -- English is NOT an option. WTFlip??!! Hey DART/TRE, if you're having money trouble, maybe I can help you find some low hanging fruit Gonna go ahead and drive my GAS vehicle TYVM

Best am bus driver, reliable and always has a smile, Donna is 72 and sharp as a whip thank you for a safe ride at 530 am

I recently moved to the Plano Texas area where I discovered dart buses and my a.m. driver is Donna who is sharp as a whip at 72 and drives the express bus every morning at 5:30 AM and gets me to work on time every morning. I thank you for your service, and she deserves a big raise because she always has a great attitude, a big smile and is reliable, can't ask for anything else. Thank you.

Fare inspector that was using abusive language.

On the DART Red Rail Line, the fare inspector on the photos I uploaded was angry and used abusive language towards me because my GOPASS App would not load fast enough to his satisfaction. Offered his opinion on what I was wearing (long-sleeved blouse, jeans, tennis shoes, and a hat), and screamed at me because I had put up my foot on the seat after feeling some pain. No one was sitting next to me and there were plenty of empty seats all over the train. He was rude and kept offering opinions on who knows what so I ignored his comments for the most part. He kept insinuating things and being inappropriate. I told him he wasn't anything of mine to be talking to me like that. He then said he was blind and could not see my super yellow pass. Threatened to give me a ticket but got very quiet when I started to record him. By the way, I was on a phone call and he seemed angry that I was on the phone.

Here you see a parked open train at the right and an underpass saying "to DFW Terminals" at the left.

Loving the DART so far. It's fast and efficient and cheap! And isn't the name so much cuter than the BART?

Seriously, $3 for a day pass that will take me from deepest, darkest Plano to the bowels of the West End in a half-hour?

I thought it was very handicapped accessible. I saw lots of DART agents on the trains so I didn't have security concerns (it was middle of the day and rather crowded because it was State Fair season). The one issue I ran into was that I couldn't figure out how to get a physical ticket from the pay stations. I ended up downloading the app, verifying the app, adding a credit card to the app to pay and then buying a day pass (round trip fare). The app is actually really nice. You can map your route and it will show you what time the next train is arriving at your stop. Definitely set the app up ahead of time so you are ready to go!

The station is right in front of the main entrance to the park, so it's super convenient! There were plenty of DART workers when I went, directing hordes of pedestrian, and making sure everything was safe. The fact that there were lots of uniformed employees made things go smoothly, and they were good about telling people to get out of the way or clearing the tracks. The station was well lit, and it was a simple process to get tickets and get a place to sit on the train. The trains were packed when I went, but everything still moved quickly and smoothly. If you're heading here for the State Fair, this is certainly the way that I'd recommend getting here!

We recently took an Amtrak journey from Seattle to Chicago on 3/10/26. We were excited for the…read morejourney and had flown to Seattle the previous day to assure we wouldn't miss it. We looked forward to our mini vacation and even booked a First Class bedroom on the train. The previous month we had booked an amtrak roomette and enjoyed it so much we decided to do it again this month on a longer route with a bigger room. During that train ride, we had excellent service in first Class ! The attendants were awesome ! They were very friendly, attentive, and happy to see ya ! This recent journey, however, wasn't even on par. Sadly because we had expectations of an awesome experience again but it wasn't even close. I will say though, in everyone else's defense, it was really only 1 person that made the trip so miserable; Jan, the lead attendant in the First Class dining car. She was not happy. Not nice. Talked down to you if you accidentally did something wrong that went against her routine. Just not polite at all. Ever. She had a cutting , condescending demeanor toward not only the passengers but her fellow co worker working underneath her as well. Everything was done like roll call. Very routine and very strict very impersonal. No pleasure in her voice at all whether making announcements or talking to you directly. Not a good experience for us as far as dining goes. Our room attendant, on the other hand, was wonderful, and expressed care for her passengers. She was very attentive and a very sweet personality. In the end, this experience set us back a little bit with Amtrak. First Class rooms are too expensive to endure the treatment we received from her 3 times daily at mealtime. Something which should be pleasurable. I do not wish anyone the misfortune to get her as their dinning car attendant. I'm not sure if and when we will travel with Amtrak again.

I have taken Amtrak several times between Austin and Dallas but last week I was tired of airports…read moreand airplanes and being amongst the great unwashed so on this journey from Dallas to Austin, I upgraded to a roomette and I was not disappointed. When it was time to board the Texas Eagle, the Cafe Car Manager summoned the passengers traveling in the Sleeper Car and took our lunch orders, then I boarded the train. My roomette was very comfy cozy.  Shortly after the train departed from the Eddie Bernice Johnson Union Station, the Personal Room Attendant brought my lunch to my roomette which was the Beef Burgundy with a roll, butter and chips, and Vanilla Pudding. A salad was unavailable. Unfortunately, beverages with authority are not included with meals so I ordered a Gin & Tonic, for digestive purposes, after my delightful lunch. I was about to take a power nap when the Cafe Car Manager arrived to take my dinner order. I was quite refreshed after my power nap, enjoying the views when my Chicken Parmesan arrived with a salad, roll, butter and Vanilla Pudding. I paired everything with a nice chilled bottle of Chardonnay.  I thoroughly enjoyed my journey in the Sleeper Car and this will not be my last time traveling in the comfort of a roomette. The roomette does not have a private toilet but the car has toilets that are kept clean and tidy by the attendant. Also the car has a decent sized shower and towels are provided.
