There was tape around the coolant tank which after I removed it the tank started to leak. the car has a dead battery that isn't being properly charged (either from the alternator or serp belt). if your looking to buy a car here don't it is not a good idea. While I did not need to fix the findings immediately, I feel good about utilizing Dave's in the future.
