So the few areas they could use improvement on is that the sales person initially quoted me the non-sales price until I brought it up and then he quickly verified the sale and gave me the lower price. He also told me it would be there on a Thursday or Friday and when I called to follow up, they said it wasn't going to ship out till Monday and he shouldn't have said that. I took my son's car to this shop to get some work done on the rear suspension after hitting a curb…read moreon the right rear of his car. I had put on new Yokahama tires a week before the accident. They replaced a control arm and performed an alignment on the back, and charged $1700. My son had pointed out to me some abnormal wear on the rear tires a few weeks later. Two weeks after that, during a rainstorm, my son called me afraid to drive because he could not control the vehicle's back end in the rain. We had to leave the car on the side of the highway. I was able to drive the car to the Brake Shop once the roads were dry. The rear tires were completely bald after only being driven 3000 miles. After looking at the vehicle, Jason at the Brake Shop told me that the rear was still aligned and that it must be that "Your kid is doing burnouts." I told him that was not likely because I have a GPS tracker/monitor that tracks fast starts, hard braking, etc. I told him that I would take the car back to Jack Williams, where I purchased the tires, and see what they could determine regarding the abnormal wear. Jack Williams's diagnosis was that the rear was "SEVERELY" out of alignment. I was shocked that much tread could come off a tire in less than 3,000 Miles to become completely bald. He explained that because of the misalignment performed at The Brake Shop, the tires were scrapping the road like an eraser, and they could wear very fast, especially since they were "SEVERELY" out of alignment. I then called Jason at The Brake Shop and told him the situation. I asked him what he would do about it, and he said he could put it up on his "rack" again. Why would I need him to do that since JW tires already did that? He proceeded to insinuate that JW could falsify or "Make up those reading." JW Tire has no reason to make false claims when the tires had no wear warranty. I was going to need to buy another set anyway. The problematic issue is that The Brake Shop, where I have spent $3,937.14 since 2017, was unwilling to admit fault or take responsibility for their work. So instead of making it right for the customer, Jason decided to deny the evidence and lose a customer.

Well it happened again, I took it to Murante Auto . Wrentec facility also replaced my rack and pinion had to bring it back due to a busted hose leaked fluid everywhere. The steering was loose it was three threads off from me losing steering killing me or somebody else. Then they offered to tow it back and fix their mistakes . I'm not going to take money from an honest mechanic(Murante Auto) . All in all these mechanics had to sign off so you're telling me all these mechanics don't really know what they're doing if they didn't catch the first thing my new mechanics caught.... I am not just bashing, this is my first negative review on any company I hate to deal with bs....I did not get nowhere with the general miniature. Maybe it was just a bad first visit but like I said I had you guys put four brand new tires on my car AC rack and pinion oil change a couple thousand dollars and I get poor quality work in return. For the past 2 years the service here has changed. They don't answer their phones and they caused…read moreme over $8000 in unrepairable damages. I have taken them to court where the owner Mark told terrible lies from stating that my receipts are fake, stating they never diagnosed my car, and saying in court his wife Heather who is also the receptionist there no longer works there. Which is very convenient being that she is the one I had been communicating with the whole time but he is the one who showed up to court. I took my car in for a mass airflow sensor and immediately after picking my vehicle up my check engine light came back on and my AC was no longer blowing cool air. When I took it back, Heather told me they put refrigerant in and that did not resolve the issue, they put a green fluid to check for cracks and leaks and that was not it, so they narrowed it down to it being the condenser. My car was there for 2 weeks with no resolve and barely any communication unless I physically showed up there. Heather submitted to my warranty company 3 claims for the condenser yet Mark says they never diagnosed my car. Eventually, I was told there was nothing else they could do for me and to take it to the dealer. The dealer states my entire AC system is contaminated and would need to be replaced. They cannot guarantee a replacement will fix the issue. This has cost me thousands of dollars in addition to time taking them to court. They prefer to have the reputation of another crooked mechanic and had no interest in trying to resolve the issue with me. If you are ok with leaving your car somewhere for weeks with minimal communication, a liar for a mechanic, and possibly more issues with your car go to Larry's. If not, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
