The shower backs to my hall wood floor....within a short time I noticed bumbles appearing in my wood floor and I contacted the floor person.....bumbles in the wood is water damage!! By means of attempting several solutions to no avail, we have to totally tear down and redo after only 3 1/2 yrs. We realized the leaking has to be an issue under the floor......The pan was put in wrong, so it drained out around it in one of the corners! The Cloud Nine owner, Gilbert, refused to assist when I wanted to find out who installed the glass doors as we were trying to attempt to have more reap holes drilled thinking that might help drainage! His response, was, it's no longer under warranty! You don't care about warranty when your trying to fix a leaking problem damaging your floor. The attitude of the owner was uncooperative. Their Installation was not done correctly and has had cost & headaches to try to fix! No stars from my experience with Cloud Nine Construction!

He's followed through, shown up, and finished everything on time and exactly as promised. Very rare in this day and age. The first project was replacing a door and door frame on the side of my garage, and the second was a larger stucco project replacing a section of soffit that had sagged after separating from the rafters. On that second project, he even revised his estimate $600 lower after talking with his "stucco guy." I had been visibly relieved at his initial estimate, he could've just pocketed that difference, which makes me wonder if Gary is the most honest contractor in the world? Anyway, after these awesome experiences, he'll be my first choice for any project large or small, and I will recommend him to everyone, like I'm doing right now. Beyond just a great professional/work ethic, he has a warm, positive personality and is genuinely a pleasure to work with and talk with. Very highly recommended!!

The project lasted about five months, and since we were living in the home the whole time, we were a little nervous about how disruptive it might be. J & J went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Every single day, construction debris was picked up, and the crew was extremely conscientious about keeping the space as livable as possible. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Our contract and timeline were clear, and we received daily or weekly text updates letting us know exactly what was planned for the days ahead. Any question or concern we had--no matter how small--was met with a quick and thoughtful response. It was also obvious that J & J holds their subcontractors to very high standards. Every trade that came through delivered work that met J & J's quality expectations. Before choosing J & J, we met with several other well‑known residential construction companies in the area. Looking back, choosing J & J was absolutely the right decision. They earned our respect and admiration through their professionalism, craftsmanship, and genuine care for both the project and our family's comfort. We highly recommend J & J Quality Construction for any project--from a remodel to a home expansion. You will not be disappointed.

5/5 -- Incredible Experience with Bill at BLC Homes…read more We recently completed a home remodel with Bill at BLC Homes, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Bill is one of those rare contractors who combines top-tier craftsmanship with clear communication, professionalism, and genuine care for the final product. From our very first meeting, Bill took the time to understand our vision and offered thoughtful recommendations that made the project even better than we originally planned. He provided a detailed timeline and budget, and he stuck to both--no surprises, no headaches. Throughout the remodel, Bill and his team showed up on time, kept the space tidy, and worked with incredible attention to detail. Every finish, every line, every piece of the project reflects true quality. He handled a full kitchen gut, raised ceilings, new concrete, a complete electrical overhaul, bathrooms, flooring, structural changes, and the transformation is stunning. Our home has never looked better, and we've received so many compliments already. What impressed me most was Bill's communication. He kept us updated at every stage, checked in frequently, and made sure we were completely comfortable with each decision. Working with him was stress-free, smooth, and honestly enjoyable. If you're looking for a trustworthy contractor who delivers exceptional work and stands behind everything he does, Bill at BLC Homes is the one you want. We will absolutely be calling him for any future projects.

We used another contractor before and he came, did a quick glance and gave us a quote. When we asked Bob he came, and asked all kinds of questions and gave us ideas and his quote wasn't as much, but in the same ballpark, so we went with him. Overall the experience was good. There needed to be a couple of things communicated and scheduling wasn't always clear, and they left some stuff behind that we have to get rid of now and they did dump some cement water into our neighbors drain, which he was pissed at. So overall, it was good, our bathrooms came out really nice. Could be better at communication and letting us know when people would be there and also just some courtesy, like for our grass when dumping and the water and the neighbors drain, but overall the work they did was really good

The team at Aztec Tile and Elite Cabinet Fabrication absolutely knocked it out of the park!…read moreI was looking for a general contractor to bring my dreams for my home to fruition. Which included a full remodel: structural changes, removal of walls, flooring, complete kitchen, bathroom and bedroom rebuilds. All new electrical, new lighting, new plumbing to match. Essentially leaving the original framing of the home - and rebuilding it into something hardly resembling the original aesthetic. All I can say is wow! The project exceeded my expectations. Noe is a master at his trade, started working immediately, was on-time and on budget. Excellent communicator and values serving his customers. Accessible day or night, weekend or holiday. Delivered impeccable customer service, tremendous value and really made it incredibly painless. The best part is - Noe, the owner is a one-stop shop offering a complete solution with ONE point of contact! I did not have to coordinate with various contractors, worry about facilitating schedules or have to sync the various laborers to adhere to each others timelines. One word "phenomenal". If you're in the market in search of a custom cabinet builder, a granite & tile shop or a remodel contractor... Noe is your guy, and his crew at Aztec Tile & Granite will not disappoint!!

Reached out to owner, Noe, he asked me to send an email so he could reply with a response and schedule a consult. A week later no email from him. I called him and he said he was out of town. Ok, gave him a second chance, let's schedule over the phone, HE SAID, let's meet between 12-1 for the in-person consult/estimate. He also asked me to text him the my address, my name, my cell, etc. so I did. Day of, hours before our time frame, I asked him to text me when he's on his way. No text response. I called him at 1 and no answer. He called me back and said he was an hour away on a job he was stuck at. Wth!!! You schedule a meeting with a prospective client and you ghost them and you give them NO heads up. Very disrespectful of someone's time! You should call to reschedule, I say these type of lazy business owners don't deserve anyone's business. He texted me later after I told him I'll go elsewhere and he said HIS main responsibility is to current signed contracts! You're responsible to potential clients, too, and to make meeting times YOU arranged, in addition to signed contracts. That's how to run a business. A quick text to say we have to reschedule is a bare minimum to run a business. To give a response like that lets me know you give no s**ts to your customers and you don't respect them. What a flake!
